My neighbor has used Dr. Pam for years. I helped her pick up her parrot that the clinic had been taking care of while she recovered from surgery. They also take care of her cats. Office staff is very nice and Dr. Pam is great.

Horrible front desk, they will talk down and not listen.Candice has zero client relation skills and should not be speaking to the clients. Do not take your babies to this place you will be disappointed.

I am so happy with the service I received today. The front desk receptionist to the Vet Tech Staff and Manager Candice were all so loving & informative. I felt so comfortable bringing my puppy to them for his shots. Thank you ladies for all you do!

Stay away from this vet! Years ago I brought my dog got into a fight with a ferrel cat. I brought her in and told Dr Pam to please check for cat scratch fever because she had a few bite marks. She told me she didn’t have csf and just treated her for a general infection. Four days later, my dog had a high fever and had to have emergency surgery, ( and an enormous bill)Afterwards, she finally took blood looking for the bacteria that causes csf, and my dog was positive.If she would have done it immediately, my dog would not have gotten sick!Horrible vet, she almost killed my dog!

We were so pleased to find ABCDE Animal Clinic. Our little ferret became very sick and unfortunately ended up passing away :(Hailey, Candace, Jackie & Dr. Pam were the warm support and comfort we needed through it. Thank you, ladies, you really helped us through a difficult time. And thank you for taking care of our little guy as if he was your own. Highly recommended this office

Dr. Pam, candice, paige, and hailey has taken great care of all my animals. Very thorough when explaining treatments, always responds within reasonable times, and they are full of nothing but compassion, patience and knowledge. saved my two kids Luna and Pandy ? so grateful, don’t hesitate to bring your pet ?? ? ? ? ? ?

The attention is terrible, super rude people all they care is about money so if you want your pet be treated with love and a vet that really cares about animals, take him/her someone else.Of course you can not find me as a client as you held the door for me when you asked me to leave. You refused my sick ferret care. I will never return to you facility.

I brought my dog in for a check up because he needed medication for his skin. I was told the check up would be $90. All said and done it cist me $350. I was told the prescription would be good for a year. Today, which is 2 months later I received a call from the receptionist saying that I need to bring my dog in again if I want another prescription. I was transfered to the doctor and she asked how she can help me. I began to explain and she cut me off and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude.

I can't even begin to explain the gratitude we have for Dr. Pam, Paige and Lauren. We experienced an accident with our new puppy and our vet truly defined compassion and customer service. We are so incredibly grateful for your dedication to our furry friends.

I have never felt so heard by and comfortable with a vet and staff. They treat each of our dogs with so much love (and patience). I'm so glad we found ABCDE Animal Clinic! Dr. Pam, Dr. Bravo, Candice, Paige and Emily truly are an amazing team!

Dr Pam and her staff served my dogs and puppies for years. Exceptional care. She and her staff listen and are open to new ideas. I have since moved back to the northeast and desparately miss the care and expertise of the ABCDE practice. They are the gold standard of veterinary care. Miss all of you greatly !

After 5 years as a client, it’s sadly time to move on. Dr. Pam is an amazing vet who’s worked with us through end of life care for our dogs as well as helping transition 2 new dogs into our family. As much as I would have loved to continue having her as their dr, the office staff and head vet tec Candice are a nightmare to deal with. There is constantly high turn over and very poor client relations.Again I can not say enough great things about getting to work with Dr Pam but unfortunately I’ve had to deal more with the difficult and nasty front of the house and vet tecs then I care toIn response to abcde response- you may need to work with your new receptionist in addition to your vet tec on communication-1. In regards to the oral sedation that was offered AFTER Candace insisted that ear plucking is done by groomer, not her and then stated he needed to be completely knocked out for her to do it. I was over it by then. How does he need to be knocked out for her to do it but a groomer is to just do it routinely?2. In regards to boarding- I had some questions regarding why the vaccines were needed when they are not needed to drop him off for a vet visit and also his vaccines are not due for another month. I was put on hold and disconnected. I figured I would get a call back but never did. I do see in the patient file I asked that the new receptionist claimed I hung up on them.

Love our vets at ABCDE!! When we moved to South Florida, we were worried about finding a vet clinic that we could trust, and we lucked out! They're practical, helpful and the absolute best around. We're so lucky to have them caring for our dogs.

They provide excellent care, however I called for a quote on cremation for an already passed away pet unfortunately. However I was called back and quoted 174, spoke with my family as we also got a quote from somewhere else, when I called back the price was 221, this is kinda like bait and switch. However I won’t completely not use them in the future, like I said they provide excellent care.Update: so I was quoted correctly the first time however we had already taken him somewhere else. However the price isn’t a problem it was being told one price and getting another I was very well aware it was over 150.Thanks for the response.
