The personnel doesn't have access to do exchanges to bad quality products. Today 8.31.2020 at 4:50pm they told me that the manager is the only one who can do exchanges or returns. So is not a good place to buy stuff that we used...

This morning 02/07/2020 7:10AM store clerk blew up at a customer for absolutely no reason I confronted the employee and let him know that the customer did have a reasonable complaint, after taking care of the customer in front of me he decided to skip me and took care of the person behind me at the opposite register. If it were up to me the person that was working this morning would be fired. Absolutely uncalled for behavior and completely nasty.
