The teller bank with the wig hair. First thing I asked her that I am deaf and I typed on my phone said; hi good afternoon my mom need to talk to you and she immediately point finger to the door pushed me off she could handle well with disability people. Please be aware with the wig hair black woman was very disrespectful. She didn’t sit down or calm down or listen when customers ask her. Look like she was in hurry want to go home. I had to leave the branch and drive to another branch who able helped me.

Why is it so hard to speak to someone at this branch over the phone? Spent so much time pressing zero to "speak to a banker" and it never happened. This really makes potential customers not start an account. How am I going to enter my account number if I have none?

Better than most. Their statements need to be clearer. Maybe that's why money doesn't add up occasionally ?.

I had an appointment at 9:30am with Jason Peraza in the branch located in 2200 HARRIS AVE NEPALM BAY, Florida 32905I were waiting for more than 30 minutes and Jason was in other labor with other bank agent. He supposed to respect the customer time and appointment. If he can’t attend me. Why they offer that time?

For the most part my banking business has me in and out. All the tellers l have come into contact with have been excellent and very much on point. Customer service has a 5 star rating as well. The few times l needed to confer with them have been great, especially coming from New York City, they can be hard to find. Another fact of living most of my life in NYC is that when you go to the bank, you do not put your business out on front street. They come up to your and ask what services do you need. I recognize that l just sit there and try to compose my answer without taking too long. That question with other customers gives me brain freeze. After l compose myself and my answer l start to laugh to myself. Once we get past my personal issues on my response, l am good to go. I always walk out a happy camper. I have never walked in and there was not someone waiting on customer service. Another thing l have noticed is 97 percent of the time, the people sitting in customer service, are just chilling for a few minutes. But its good to know they feel comfortable relaxing there and there is always someone there checking on them.I like that.

the tellers in the bank have always been relatively helpful in answering a bunch of questions however it's incredibly inconvenient that no one has ever picked up the phone for the last 3 months I've called I've spoken to multiple supervisors over fraudulent charges and they have been absolutely no help. I don't understand how a bank can have no teller pickup the phone ever. I've contacted other Wells Fargo's and had people pick up multiple times but this location simply never picks up the phone. had to wait over 5 months to finally get my money back from a fraudulent charge with the bank taking out the credit and not even attempting to help me. anytime I go in for a serious problem or even try to call there no help at all :( I'd recommend banking somewhere else I'm going to close my account with all the issues I have had.

Wells Fargo is one of largest investors in the fossil fuel industry. Between 2016 and 2021, the bank invested $272 billion in lending and underwriting to the industry. If you care about the environment, don't bank here.

Appointments, personal banking, customer service... Not at this bank. Have been with the Wells Fargo family of banks for 37 years. I've seen a lot of changes, unfortunately the art of treating a customer with respect has disappeared over the years. And if you decide to make a little fuss and notify a regional manager he hands it off to someone who will send you a form letter. My advice, try a different bank.

On March 10,2022 My family and I visited Wells FargoAnd a Mr. David Fingar helped us with a few issues that we had unresolved. From our recent move from Miami. He was courteous, professional, respectful, and was knowledgeable in everything we needed. Management quality! We recommend this bank and have become faithful customers!

30 minutes on hold to find out why my savings has a insufficient funds charge on it while my main account has the funds to cover it. I spoke with Nina, she didn’t seem to interested in trying to help or make it right and refused to help me close my saving account. I understand there is a shortage of workers and you must take what you can get, but as a financial institution, I’d like to think you have standards. I’ll be closing my account come end of week. Chase offers much better customer support and transparency. I’ll be taking my money there.

I had to go to this branch to get something notarized. The wait was long but, they did come to the lobby to explain that someone would be with my next. I got the paperwork notarize, it was free (because I bank there) and was out the door in no time. The woman who helped me spoke several languages so, I hope the bank compensates her for that (it's Wells Fargo so I doubt the take care of their employees. I was one of their customers who got taken advantage of when they opened up extra checking accounts in my name and that still irks me (vent over)

They have cut staffing so badly that they require an appointment to access a safety deposit box, and appointments are not available inside of 4 weeks. When I do get to my box, I will move my banking to a better bank.

Worst branch Ever Beware ....atm constantly breaking during transactions and the hassle to rectify is unbelievable you would think customer service would be at the very lease a semi- goal....Would definitely NOT recommend
