For the most part my banking business has me in and out. All the tellers l have come into contact with have been excellent and very much on point. Customer service has a 5 star rating as well. The few times l needed to confer with them have been great, especially coming from New York City, they can be hard to find. Another fact of living most of my life in NYC is that when you go to the bank, you do not put your business out on front street. They come up to your and ask what services do you need. I recognize that l just sit there and try to compose my answer without taking too long. That question with other customers gives me brain freeze. After l compose myself and my answer l start to laugh to myself. Once we get past my personal issues on my response, l am good to go. I always walk out a happy camper. I have never walked in and there was not someone waiting on customer service. Another thing l have noticed is 97 percent of the time, the people sitting in customer service, are just chilling for a few minutes. But its good to know they feel comfortable relaxing there and there is always someone there checking on them. I like that.

I had to go to this branch to get something notarized. The wait was long but, they did come to the lobby to explain that someone would be with my next. I got the paperwork notarize, it was free (because I bank there) and was out the door in no time. The woman who helped me spoke several languages so, I hope the bank compensates her for that (it's Wells Fargo so I doubt the take care of their employees. I was one of their customers who got taken advantage of when they opened up extra checking accounts in my name and that still irks me (vent over)

Simply horrible! There is no branch within an hour's drive. The lone ATM on Malabar Road has been consistently broken for nearly a year. We have banked with Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia) since the 1960s. This is ridiculous! We can't deposit into our own accounts!

Complaint. This bank / branch is pretty much ridiculous if I need to cash a check or cashiers check drawn from them. I have two Wells Fargo mortgages, yet that does not qualify me as a Wells Fargo customer. I received an escrow refund from Wells Fargo Bank and this Wells Fargo branch (clerk name Dipti) would not cash it without a non-customer fee charge of $7.50. I said, ok to that. Dipti specified two forms of ID and my finger print. (Driver's License and Government employee ID card). Did that. Then Dipti said she wanted a credit card. Did that. Three forms of ID and my thumb print then she had the nerve to counsel me on their policy. All under a huge slogan sign "customer courtesy". No kidding.
