I don’t normally leave reviews but this is a must!
My laptop screen was broken and I was told from another tech they can replace my screen but it wouldn’t be touch, not only that but they were charging twice as much ?. They didn’t have my screen in stock and I was okay with waiting. Yall! Touch screen upgradeee. This screen is much better than the original and the graphics are popping ?. Trust them to exceed your expectations, they’ve earned a forever customer.

Went here to get my iPhone watch fixed they fixed the screen and helped me with a few other things . They actually are the best when it comes to customer service they go above and beyond everything to help you and not 1 time did they try to finagle extra money out of me like most places do when it comes to women that need help . I’d highly recommend them to anyone that needed help with phone or watch service. I’d give them 10 ⭐️⭐️ if I could.

How does this place have good ratings? Good service??? Aight... I came here at 1pm today... The girl told me it will be ready in 1 - 1.5 hours. I come back two hours later at 3 pm. I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time. Brief update: the owner or the manager saw my review and said that my business is no longer welcome. For future reviewers... leave a review after they complete the service.

Thank you We Fix for your professionalism. I purchased a phone here for my father which turned out to be incompatible with his carrier. They were understanding and despite not having a receipt they returned my money to me. I appreciate that they did not try to give me a store credit or a hard time about not having the receipt. Thank you for providing professional and quality service.

Took my tablet here on September 17 to see if they would replace the charger port. I was having to contort the cable and do that awkward fold and wait to see what weird position I could get it to charge in. I walked in and there was nobody inside. I could hear a baby crying in the back room and it smelled delicious in there like somebody was cooking in the back. A very young man came out and stood at the counter looking at me. I asked if he could replace the charger port and he took a look at it and said he'd have to order the part and he'd call me in 3 days when it's ready. He made me pay $60 upfront and scribble my name and phone number on a piece of paper. Four days later I hadn't heard anything so I messaged them on Facebook to check on the status. They replied they would check and let me know. Finally was contacted on the 22nd saying it was ready. I went to pick it up and the young boy claimed there was pre-existing water damage so there would be no warranty on his work. Made me sign a paper and everything. Completely bogus because the tablet has never been anywhere near water. Do they tell everyone this so they don't have to stand behind their repairs? It's less than a month later and the charging port has failed. The screen wasn't put back on right so there's a bright halo along the bottom edge and crackles along the top edge. Now I'm forced to buy a brand new tablet I guess. I learned a valuable lesson here. I was really hoping to support and promote a local family-owned business but the quality of work and service just isn't up to par. Honestly wouldn't trust them for any repairs in the future.

Brung my iPhone 12 Pro in for it to have a new battery and screen replacement after a month of those being fixed my screen was coming off and battery was enlarged, took it back to get fixed because I had warranty they messed up the motherboard while they did the last replacement. Told me that they had to ship my phone out and they would give me a replacement I get a replacement and now I’m waiting for my phone I waited almost 2 months till they told they would have to buy me a new phone so they bought the new phone I come to get it and give them there replacement phone. I get my new phone supposedly and the motherboard goes out again. And they also tried to say I broke the replacement and called me 2 days later saying I had to pay for it. I don’t recommend them they are scammers and never gave me a new phone.

Had an emergency work situation with a broken phone. They had the part and the fix in under 6 hours for me. Even ran into some issues with my back glass. I was given great prices and great service from a staff that was beyond willing to work with me the entire way. I will be coming here for all my phone needs from now on.

Was at T-Mobile about to buy a 256GB 13 pro and someone there said your phone looks fine and what you need this place can fix and it will be cheaper than buying a new phone so I went took 30 min really fast however tho the screen and battery are now fixed I only lost True Tone (dead giveaway of a repair that needs a bit of work) speed does not matter if you brake the features that the phone should have but I'll live without True Tone so if you want a quick fix go here if you want a right fix maybe look at other places
