Called about my transferred prescription only to be told they didn’t have it. The gentleman who answered the phone as “pharmacy” straight up lied after I called the original pharmacy I transferred it from and verified that was in fact at the bayside location. Everyone should be aware of transferring prescriptions to this location.

Google mentioned Ace/Wrap bandages; THE DON'T HAVE THE CLOTH ONES....I personally looked. Only that Latex/self stick one, which I can't use.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, when they handed me my card back, for some reason, they STAPLED THROUGH MY CARD. through the barcode. Absolutely ridiculous. What kind of person lacks the common sense to know you shouldn’t staple through a debit card??

The store is fine. Friendly, efficient employees. The pharmacy is another matter entirely. Long waits for prescriptions and lack of decent customer service is off-putting. Worse is their vaccination record. Of the 3 appt. attempts for a Covid booster, none were successful. Once their computer system was down, twice I was advised that even though it had been 6+ mos since my last, I didn't really need one. One pneumonia vaxx appt, the pharmacist himself said I didn't need it, despite a CDC recommendation.
Of those vaccinations denied by Walgreen's, CVS was happy to oblige. A longer drive to CVS but I'll never go to Walgreen's to waste my time again for any shot.

The techs and everyone in the prescription department are the best! Kaitlin is always super nice courteous and personable. Also when I walk in all the workers always ask if they can help me find anything and are always quick with it! Stoked on this store overall!!

I am bearing witness to the terrible service that this Pharmacy provides. There are staff members that are rude, and at times, clueless of their job process. A 3.2 rating is not good. Please fix or lose customers...

Every time my Dr sends over my prescriptions to be filled, I either have to wait 2 or more days or I have to keep calling for refills because their system is always down. This is the 4th and last time I use Walgreens ever again.

Retail store is fine; pharmacy management is unsatisfactory. Understaffed, and with inconvenient hours that change day to day, often with signs taped to the closed security grate announcing hours that suggest they should be open at that moment. They also close every day for lunch (but not the same time every day) - a time when many customers would try to run through the drive-through on their lunch break.

Although I was dressed in pajamas that morning, it was due to me just dropping my son off to school. I only ran in the store to grab a Valentines gift and use the ATM. However, I was met with distaste and somewhat followed around the store. If it’s not imperative, I do not and will not use this Walgreens.

No sense of urgency to get my prescription filled even though they had ample time to prepare it. (2 days) I have been without it for that amount of time now and they don’t care. Tell me it will be a few more hours, that’s all the time frame they gave. Called to have it transferred to another pharmacy and the woman talked to me like I’m an idiot and told me to call the pharmacy I’m switching to and tell them to call her.

Every time I go to this Walgreens Pharmacy it's always a horrible experience. It is by far the worse customer services ever. Even when there is no one in line behind me, no response. They don't even acknowledge you are even there, until you decide to speak up after being ignore for ten minutes. One worker after 8 minutes says, I will be with you in a minutes. She was the only one finally said she would help me. It was so bad today, after ten minutes I said, ok, I'll come back another time. Also, I'm standing in line, the drive thru person answers her telephone instead of waiting on me, even if I was there before the phone call. It is truly horrible how people of color are treated at this Walgreens Pharmacy. If I could give this Walgreens a zero star rating, I would do it, even a one star is too much. I do not recommend this Walgreens.
