This is one pharmacy to avoid, the staff can't keep up. The wait is always longer than it should be. I've given it a try over CVS were it five times busier and much quicker. I'm switching back, good luck at this one.

I called the pharmacy shortly before closing tonight. I was calling because I just got an email stating their online pharmacy services that were down from Sept 25 are now operational.Someone picked up the phone and put the call on hold. They left the call on hold so long that the phone system dropped the call after ringing back for several minutes. Of course by that time it was well after their closing time. So, yet another day without information on my prescription! The next call I make will be to CVS. I’m sure they’ll be happy to take my call and my business.

Literally the worst pharmacy. Prescriptions never filled on time, never any updates on the app regarding your prescriptions. whenever you do try to call to speak with someone you’re put on hold for over 30 minutes. My provider called this pharmacy to allow a one time early refill authorization (3 days early) on my medication since I was going out of town and would run out during my trip and they’re saying that never happened and now will have to wait til after my trip to get this filled. Avoid at all costs.

Bad coordination on the farmacy Hours, is close because of two employees that went on vacation and the other one is sick. I went to another farmacy the same as Walgreens and they can't give me my pills. My mom uses pills for her Blood pressure. This is a bad farmacy, I am not sending my prescription again on this farmacy.

I've been waiting since 11am for two prescriptions. I was told one would take about 30 minutes to prepare. It is 3:15 pm and I've made two trips to try and pick up these scripts. I'm sick and taking care of a sick child but I can't get our antibiotics because they don't care ☹️

didn’t tell me i couldn’t return covid test that i needed to travel, they said i could use it and it wasn’t true , spent all my money on the test and i can’t get my money back , not even used , rich always win

Every month when I go to get my prescriptions, they are never ready. I'm not on auto refill and they filled that one without me calling it in. I was supposed to get a prescription that they didn't give me, yet billed my insurance for. Today, the snotty girl tells me that the pharmacist wants to question my doctor about my prescriptions. This is not the first time and I will certainly try to get my prescriptions moved. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they aren't ready, then don't give a time you can't promise.

Well my meds where $66 . If I use my insurance half that. But Good RX would be $4.14. well I showed her Good RX coupon on my phone. Well the product had changed so coupon wouldn't work. She kept at it,went to manager,and got me the discount without me pushing her. She did the right thing. Good job ? thanks

I rate this pharmacy at a zeroWas in hospital October 3 , New prescriptions went in on October 12 ,2022 from Doctors officeNot only was it not filled then,It took until today November 16,2022 ( over a month )And another trip to the hospital to get my pills......Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy for dropping the ball on my prescriptions,Will NEVER use this Pharmacy again.....

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the entire country. This pharmacy manager is the most disrespectful, degrading, inconsiderate human being that I probably have ever spoken to in customer service. How he is employed by Walgreens will never make any sense to me. He will hang up on you, he will scream at you, he will degrade you! If you have questions, he will make you feel incompetent, he will refuse to answer most of your questions and instead he will just blame you.DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY. LITERALLY EVER.. FOREVER.. FOR ANY REASON. It will save you so much time and effort.

Fast and friendly! Our Walgreens is conveniently located for my family, and we experience easy shopping and friendly service. Wait times at the pharmacy can be long, but we always receive solid service. I also was impressed with the patience and care provided during the pandemic as well as the individual care experienced when I had a major medical episode. The pharmacists would check up on me with my husband with genuine concern. We love our Walgreens!

Tom, the pharmacist was very rude to me. He also apparently gave me wrong information. My wife's doctor is going to try a different drug on her Tuesday. Their office said before she comes for her appointment, check with our pharmacy and make sure they have the drug or can order it before they write the prescription. I did that, talked to the pharmacist at this store (Tom) and he said unequivocally that they do not have it and cannot get it. I went to another Walgreens, they took the time, looked in their system and said yes they could order it. As I do not want to deal with 2 different Walgreens, I went back and asked Tom again. He again said unequivocally that he cannot get it. I then explained that another Walgreens said they could order it and asked how that Walgreens could order it but he couldn't. His exact reply was \"I don't know, go ask THEM\". He then immediately turned around and walked off with no hesitation. I was stunned. I might also add I had to wait for him to get back from lunch and he was late getting back. I will be transferring our prescriptions to another large drug chain today.
