The pharmacist manager is a narcissist. Instead of speaking to people with respect she’s rude, condescending, and disrespectful. The doctor ordered the prescriptions. I was not trying to fill one of my prescriptions because it wasn’t time to fill it yet, I was filling another prescription and she called me being nasty stating “I should have medication left etc etc”. I told her “ma’am I’m not trying to fill that prescription”. So the date comes around when I am supposed to fill my prescription and she puts me on hold for over 30 minutes then hung up the phone. When u called back another staff member answered and said “the pharmacy manager put a note in that she will no longer fill your prescription here any longer because you have filled it early too many times”. Excuse me but I am not the one filling the prescriptions nor have the dates of when it can be filled the pharmacy is the one who controls that. I did absolutely nothing wrong and she decided because she wanted to be a control freak and was accusing me of filling it early when I never tried to fill it now she waited to the day I need to fill the script and then bans me from filling the prescription. It is medication to SLEEP not an opioid. I can fill it at another pharmacy but as a manager you treat people with respect and it is not her place to show judgment on what a doctor with a medical degree has ordered for you. The way she handled the situation was deliberately unprofessional. Corporate office needs to be aware of how she treats people and her personal power trip rather than doing her job as a professional. Read the reviews apparently she has done this to many people..

I am totally satisfied with the level of professionalism demonstrated on continuous basis by employees at my Walgreens! Whether I'm buying a birthday card or filling my prescription, all the employees go the extra mile to ensure that I'm a satisfied customer! A special thanks to the pharmacy team and Miss Carmine at the front of the store!!

My cat needs an albuterol inhaler that normally costs me about $15-$20 at Walgreens and today they charged us $45 and wouldn’t explain why or what happened. I order everything else through Canada because it’s cheaper than anything in the states except this albuterol inhaler… which I guess now I have to also order from out of the country ? I tried calling for clarification and just sat on hold so so guess Walgreens doesn’t pay to staff this store correctly either. Also - if a person can’t explain pharmacy pricing at the register, maybe don’t put them on the pharmacy register.

This store is very clean.I've been in here several times to grab random things. It is always fully stocked.The staff are super nice. I've went through the pharmacy drive thru as well. The ladyy was nice and quick. I was able to get the medicine we needed. She also gave us easy directions. She made sure there was syringes in each bag. I definitely recommend this location.

I've always used Walgreens for my perscription needs. Lately the new pharmacy manager seems to have a serious attitude and intentionally makes people wait just to exert control over them. I canceled all auto refills and she went in and requested new perscriptions so my new pharmacy couldn't run them through my insurance. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made me wait 90 minutes when I was the ONLY person waiting.

bayside likes Walgreens is one of the most unorganized never has anything in stock only open until 4 pm some days at the pharmacy some days they aren't open at all make trip after trip for the same prescription they text me and let me know my prescriptions ready and when I get there they don't have anything in the system for me or their systems down or glitching constantly every other day or they can only fill part of my prescription and I have to go to a Walgreens 10 miles away to get the rest hopefully,Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone including my worst enemy good luck if you go there I'm taking all my stuff somewhere else. I give it only a one star because they did not give me the choice for a zero or a negative number.

The wait for the pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Every time. Needless to say, I will be switching pharmacies. I’ve got better things to waste 20 minutes on every time I need a prescription.

Very disappointed! Went this evening to inquire about getting pictures developed and before I could ask any questions the gentleman behind the counter said he was not able too....able to what? I wasn't given the opportunity to ask. I will take my business elsewhere, anywhere with better customer service.

This location is the worst I've been to. Grouchy old ladies are the cashiers. i will never go back to this location, the spanish manager never smiled. The old lady who checked me out didn't even know what she was saying about coupon. She don't know how to read and refused my spend $25 on beauty get 7k points for beauty event because the picture in front of it was no.7 brands and she said i didn't get no. 7 and i tried to explain but she was too ignorant!

I was asked to pay $35 for a prescription that was covered by insurance and only costs seven dollars. The reason given to me is that the system was down. This has happened several times at Walgreens.
