Sandy is very unprofessional and rude. She deleted my daughters prescription out of the system and had no authority to do so. I will not return to this store at all because of how rude, unorganized and incompetent the pharmacy staff is here at this store.

Most of the people working in the pharmacy are horrible when it comes to customer service. Unfriendly, Unknowledgeable, and slow as molasses in January. Shelly Ann was one exception.

Walgreens on Malabar Road in Palm Bay is a well managed Walgreens location that has all of the basic items that you need when you need them. This store is clean and well organized so it is easy to find exactly what you are looking for. The staff here is very responsive and helpful.

They constantly give me a problem with a prescription I've been getting for years. I've had to get my insurance rep contact them to get my prescription filled. One of the pharmacists told me she knew more then my doctor. Only had problems with this store.

Pharmacy is terrible. Absolutely no customer service and Management is ignorant and extremely rude. they always act like you are interrupting them when you come up to the window, and they continue to have personal conversations while you are waiting for them to acknowledge you.

The photo tech Ayme was great. She went above and beyond for me and took almost 2 hours to make sure I got my photo right. The photo I sent in didn't turn out, and no matter what I did, I couldn't get it. It was to be a Christmas gift for my grandma, so it was important to me. She took that into consideration, helped me fix it, gave her opinions, and turned it into a great photo! Thank you Ayme!

Employees at the pharmacy are very kind. It seems like they really care about you. Cashier up front very nice. Well kept store.
