The last business day before Christmas 2023 this post office was perfectly well staffed, and very polite and friendly and helpful. That means the world to me and I am certain to people who are stressed out, sad, etc over the holiday season. The facility is clean and well stocked, and I have always done well here. The staff really does care.

Not sure why all the low reviews. They educate me on weights, packing types I'll need, and best ways to pack when I don't feel like googling it. Have handled everything I've needed Everytime I've gone in.

The only thing good about this post office is that it is sort of near me. They close sometimes 5 minutes before actual closing time which is really irritating then I have to drive to another post office to drop off my package. There is no kiosk here. There is no package drop box. The post office workers seem like they hate their jobs and that is probably why they close a few minutes early sometimes.

I should have waited to go to the gentleman that was at the other window - he is ALWAYS Awesome!!!! Anyway, let me tell you about what happened today...I walked up to the window and told the clerk (Tammy) that I had already put postage on these 2 envelopes, but decided I wanted to send them Certified. She said fine as if she understood & saw the stamps I had already put on the envelopes. She proceeded to process them and even though I assumed she knew what she was doing, I did repeat to her that I had already attached the postage. She repeated she knew that, but put large $5.26 postage stickers over the top of the stamps I had already put on both of the envelopes. (Assuming she knew what she was doing, I didn't question the $5.26 on the sticker) She stamped my certified receipts with yesterday's date & had to change the date and restamp them with today's date. I answered her questions & confirmed there was nothing hazardous in the envelopes. She then proceeded to give me a total charge of $10.52 - - I repeated to her that I already paid for postage by putting the stamps on, so why was I having to pay for the postage again? She then proceeded to rudely tell me that I did not have to yell at her, (which I wasn't doing), and told me she has been there since 5 AM. I told her I had also been up since 3 AM and had been through a lot already today and so I didn't need to repay for the postage. She then complained that it was the computer that made the error... (However, we all know that she failed to enter that there was postage already attached.) She then had to remove the 2 old $5.26 postage stickers - which ripped the stamps & the envelopes! She had to tape the one envelope twice & then put the new $4.00 postage stickers on both. My new total was $8.00 - which I paid for & left.All the work I put into the paperwork enclosed in both of those envelopes & the work I put into addressing the envelopes & she made both envelopes look like crap! Why is the price of Postage going up but the IQ levels of the clerks going down? Why are we accepting less performance & paying more???

Just observation, I could not go inside , so I decided to use postal box outside, it looks like it was brought back from the scrap yard, really is that the best you can do

I wouldn't even give a star if I had the option. They do not care about you. I sat on hold for over 20 mins waiting for an answer to why my locks haven't been changed yet for my new box at my apartment building. Ibwas told Tuesday it is now Thursday. I am an understanding person and know that weeks can be difficult. So I am okay if the date had to he changed but I just needed some communication. After sitting on hold the person on the other line hung up on me. And it was conveniently after 5 so when I called back the office was closed. Im an very disappointed in the service at this location and wish I could go somewhere else. But my box is set up through this location so if I have any issues I have to go through them. If I had a choice I wouldn't be using thisplace.

Had a parcel delivered to my apartment that required a signature; instead of actually trying to deliver to my apartment to get a signature from me, the lady just left a Missed Delivery slip at the apartment complex's mail center and marked nobody was available to receive the package. I work from home and there all day! Absolutely zero effort. Went online to schedule redelivery for next day. # days later no delivery and no text message alert since the initial confirmation for redelivery.

worst post office i’ve ever dealt with. unfriendly staff that couldnt answer a simple question about my lost packages. After i heard him ignore a request for forty dollars of stamps from the woman ahead of me.i said i had never inquired about lost packages and was given a silent cold treatment and a dead stare with a smarmy jab saying did i have a tracking number. I asked where would i find a tracking number? and they said they didnt know… THEY WORK AT THE POST OFFICE BUT DONT KNOW WHERE TO FIND A TRACKING NUMBER.now im out three packages due to their negligence/ignorance.

Absolutely zero effort. Also it's a complete gamble whether or not they'll pick up your phone call so good luck trying to get help.Do not mail with USPS for anything important, expensive, or urgent.

We just got a call from a collection agency today. Lo and behold our prior student complex sent us a notice... It was marked REFUSED.No effort to deliver it at all. The carrier marked it. Refused.Someone almost cost us a buck of money.Who is going to address this?
