I had to ship a huge box of clothing 1000 miles away in a huge box. I want to appreciate Vishal, the ups representative who gave me such wonderful, polite, and helpful service in January. He could not have been nicer which relieved me of a very tough job.

Had a problem with the shipper. Had to contact UPS to pick up my package. They made it very easy for me to pick up my package. Thank you to UPS and it's staff.

Lack of communication, lack of friendliness. In my opinion that’s my personal experience, but I have very high expectations like smiles and happy to help type customer service. Those are my expectations.

The guy at the counter was weird. He wouldn't take the prepaid, priority envelope from my hand. Instead, he had me place it on the scale. I may have leprosy. But dang it. I don't look like I have leprosy.

I’ve shipped parcels out of here for what seems like decades. The clerks are always a pleasure to ship with and the drivers are also always willing to stop with assistance for anything if you ask them. Even if the drivers seem to be in a bind or short on time they’ve always stopped, smiled and assisted me with whatever I’ve needed. I have absolutely nothing but positive words to say about these hard working men and women. As for UPS, everyone knows they’re the “great giant” in their line of work. I am confident to say there’s a direct correlation to the companies success and the epic individuals whom they employ.

This place is old, dirty, unorganized, messy, and smelly. Rude office person who acted like I was bothering him for picking up my package.

My UPS driver loves to mark my packages as attempted when we have cameras that clearly show he never came. UPS does nothing about it besides make me come get my own packages from the location. My driver decided to put my packages for will call and I have no say so. Never have I ever had this issue with FedEx. I wish I could choose my shipper from places I order with.

This place is a nightmare to go get a package, been there a couple of times and say that people that work in customer service hate there job is an understatement. Our employees refuse to go there to get a package because they don’t want to be treated with out respect. You will imagine that a big corporation like UPS will have a much better located HUB with people that actually know how to do customer service and serve others, specially in a city like Melbourne-Palm Bay in a big growing do the Air Space Industry development. Really sad UPS

Edit: automated UPS RESPONCE, I was directed to use the exact same channels I've been using for 2.5 months! I am sickened by this company.I had framed artwork shipped from Canada to my home in Florida. From the UPS facility in Canada my piece made it safely through U.S. Customs, Fargo ND, Eagan MN, and Jacksonville, FL...then finally the Kirby facility in Palm Bay, FL, where it was "damaged and discarded, sender will be notified" NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I visited this facility twice, no manager avaliable to speak to me. Was given numerous phone #s and emails. Not one person can explain to me how this is a UPS policy. To throw away a customer's property without contacting that customer is grossly negligent in my opinion. Photographic evidence/video? None. I am to take the word of a stranger that my artwork was too hazardous to deliver to my house (after a LONG safe journey to Florida) and the safety of the employee would have been compromised. So they THREW IT AWAY? IN THE GARBAGE?I won this piece at a charity event auction, it's worth was far more personal than monetary, and that's why I'm so disgusted with UPS. Oh and still waiting to hear back from ANYBODY, believe me it's not for lack of me trying to get answers.

The drivers pull into that place fast and carelessly. Always look both ways when you go through there.

Terrible. Driver blocked a school entrance and made a rude gesture when asked to move. He refused to move to a space just a few feet ahead which would have allowed people to pass by, instead making a large number of people wait for him.
