Broke my screen to IPhone 14 last night & screen would turn on but wasn’t responsive. As I need my phone for work & was having a stressful week already, I called around many places to see rates & how quick of a turn around was. GLENDA, who answered the phone confirmed she had a IPhone 14 screen & could replace it today. Brought it in & she said “I’ll call you in 30 minutes!”Sure enough, phone was fixed & didn’t have to lose all my old pictures/files AND I saved a great amount by going to them.Thank you Glenda for making my day much better & relieving me of some stress today. Recommending to everyone!!!

How does this place have good ratings? Good service??? Aight... I came here at 1pm today... The girl told me it will be ready in 1 - 1.5 hours. I come back two hours later at 3 pm. I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time.Brief update: the owner or the manager saw my review and said that my business is no longer welcome. For future reviewers... leave a review after they complete the service.

I broke my phone last week and my coworker recommended I come here to get the screen replaced. I loved the service! Everyone was so nice really helpful my phone was fixed in less than an hour! They also let me keep the box that the new screen came in and my old broken screen which is awesome! Y'all are great

Calling around for someone to look at my phone when I was referred to them. Called and was friendly and answer my questions and told me to come on in. I Don't remember the names of young lady or the gentleman I was dealing with both are very professional and explained everything I needed to know. They did get my phone operational again and saved me money. I was thinking let's do this, but he said let's try this first and it worked.Thank you and I will be back if I have any other phone issues or to refer someone to you.

i got my phone fixed and then it started dying randomly and when i went to get it fixed somewhere else they said that this place messed up my battery and my magsafe. customer service was good but i dont really know if this is my first choice

This is the only place I go to get my phone fixed. Got my battery and charging port replaced in about 20 mins and the price is unbeatable. Staff is always friendly

A coworker recommended Jorge. Couldn't have been more knowledgeable, professional, and honest/ethical. As I was waiting, an older gentleman came in after being told by a local carrier that he needs a new phone b/c his wasn't charging. He left with a proper charging cord and screen protector, saving him over $1000. That's how you treat customers.
