As I live close by, I shop here frequently when needing items. As a single female homeowner, the staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. Several times they have even recommended to me lower cost items from what I thought I had needed. Although their prices, of course, are slightly higher than big box stores, the extra cost is worth the convenience and most importantly the assistance of the staff.

That white older lady that works the cash register is passive aggressive if you ask to many questions. All I asked is how the rewards system works because they always ask me for my phone number. So unprofessional. The funny thing is while I m walking in, someone walk by on the outside said they don't go there any more because of a bearded white dude with a cap that works or worked there told him he don't like his kind. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!

Bought a silver polish kit. Used once at home on 1 tarnished spoon, useless. It didn't clean the tarnish at all. Brought it back next day with receipt to return it and they would not take it back because it had been opened. How is someone supposed to know if a product works without trying it? Really bad policy Palm Bay True value!

They almost always have what we need/are looking for - in fact, when we can't find it at the major chain hardware stores, we will find it here. Customer service is spot-on..! Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Location is convenient and getting in and out super-quick.

I really like going there cause it’s close to my house but every time I go there I feel that as if I’m being watched, makes me feel really uncomfortable I own a home I have plenty of money in the bank but one certain gentleman there not the owner I know he’s doing his job, but sometimes I think he’s doing it a little bit too much like he’s being security I’m also people have bad reputation but not everybody’s like that so maybe they should talk to him to tone down a little bit I really want to continue doing business there
