I had to get my phone fixed 4 times here i said i might have water damage and they told me it was just the screen, my phone has been glitching hella bad i cant press on my phone to hard or nothing without it glitching and turning black but still works, like sound and stuff its dumb. DO NOT GO JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND MONEY ON A NEW PHONE EITHER WAY. (iPhone user)

Came in to get my battery replaced and was told that my phone has a high chance of the screen cracking and will have to pay for it if it does. That doesn't make sense to pay for damage that they caused.
There was no misunderstanding. I was given a price for for a screen and a new battery. Ask do I have to pay for it and the person at the counter told me yes. I said I'm not paying for it and left.
Nothing of that conversation was confusing
