Horrible business practice. After accounts have been closed, they decide to secretly keep it open and charge you fees without notifying you. After fees accumulate, they will randomly pull money from whatever account they want, again, with no notifications. Disgusting!

Moved out of state and needed to do a wire transfer for escrow on new house. The only way to do a wire transfer is to physically go in the bank. There are no branches in Texas, and they had no alternate solutions. Where are the accommodations to help your customers?

Excellent customer service. Great place to bank. Minimal wait in drive thru if at all.I read alot of the negative feedback and a large majority of them were during covid and yes wait times were long, but the drive thru was the only option at that time. Don't judge a place during a pandemic. TD Bank is truly awesome!!

I needed print outs if taxes for 2021. I was afraid there was gonna be a problem. Sara at td bank on malabar was amazing. Printed out and in my hands in 15 minutes. Im impressed.

I've always been treated impeccably by All T. D. Bank employees here and also when traveling! The bank also caters to their customers, my dog is with me when visit drive thru N they always offer treats, also look to fit you with best account for your needs. I do agree the wait time can be long N feel the Bayside location should not have been closed, it processed All the customers that are Now what causes the slow down at Malabar location

Sara who works there (Spanish woman with green eyes) was the most condescending and blatantly rude person I've ran into in a while. She made me feel like I was frauding my elderly grandmother into signing paperwork we needed notarized. She basically turned us away and I left there in tears. Literally the worst interaction I've ever had at a TD bank. How this woman has a job is beyond me.

there is a lady who is white with green eyes she looks American but she is Mexican she gives bad service and is racist she is not efficient at all she asks you a lot of illogical questions and wants to humiliate you just because she sees you looking Hispanic she wants to humiliate I have years with TD Bank has never treated me like she did, very bad service I've been there twice and by bad luck they put me through her and both times she treated me badly

Walked in to purchase Euros. Waited 10 minutes for help while others were helped. Teller did not hear me say I needed the currency today. She completed the transaction, had me sign then said I would receive Euros in two business days. I said she misunderstood, I needed the Euros today. She said, pass me back the forms, and have a nice day. I was shocked. She offered no help. I asked if other TD branches could help. She told me to call them. I decided to call the Customer Service Toll Free Number. It's been 40 minutes and I am still waiting for the Branch Manager to see me. Wow customer service is failing here.

They get a 1 because can't give a zero. Opened an account deposited a small amount of cash and teller my ID for proof of who I was. 2/11 went onto bank and deposited $30000 and was than immediately locked out of my account. Went on Saturday to get verified again. 2/14 called fraud center to find out the person that helped me Saturday lied to me and never submitted the verification forms. Asst branch manager is defending her employee with every excuse possible. Long and short I'm out over $30000 and now have to get a lawyer involved to get my money back. Stay away!!!!!!!!! Apparently part of the job requirements is to consistently lie and steal from the customer

They sure like to keep your money hostage when you need it the most! Black Friday is not a legal holiday! I bet if the maintenance fee was due Black Friday you’d take it! But I can’t get my money released because of a made up holiday and have to wait 4 extra days for a direct deposit? Then there’s no explanation for the outage on 11/11/21 that also held up a direct deposit. I think this is a job for Morgan and Morgan

Poor access to the parking lot, appear to have a number of employees, however, very few tellers. At times only one. That one is working the drive through as well as the lobby. Very very long waits. Bring a lawn chair.
