I’ve only been twice so far but both times were great! Tyler helped me out and was awesome when my dumb self didn’t bring enough cash with me lol. A tiny bit more expensive than other places in the area but the deals are great and so is customer service

I like this place but I never get my rewards. They loyalty program sucks. Their online site doesn't have an easy way to log into your account.The products are awesome but it shouldn't take this long to make an online order.

My first time ever at a dispensary and the sales consultant made me feel so unwelcome. She was most unfriendly and not pleasant at all. I will never go here, instead there are many here in Palm Bay, FL.

I did not like the attitude from the short haired Hispanic women. I did not like her energy. Also why are you cleaning the tip sign when Iwalked up. Other then that I do think they have a nice little selection for patients.

I've been going to Surterra more frequently recently not only because it's closer than others, but the quality of product is great, the sales help a lot and the employees are always pleasant, which is nice since I'm usually in a good deal of pain and appreciate the compassion.

Awful experience! Used to shop here all the time-NEVER AGAIN.Placed an online order-wrote a note regarding dispensation method.Got the text saying it was ready for pick up drove 25 miles to pick up the order.Got to the store-associates never read note-said they could not dispense that way although Trulieve will dispense the same product in 2 categories.I left the store without the product.I called customer service-they could do nothing about the fact that one of their “pharmacists” did not read, nor did they even notice the note until I told them it was there. They also could not explain WHY the note section is there is no one reads it.It is expensive enough!

So, stopped by on a whim, in the area. My bud tender, Tanner, was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful with my order. I just bought some edibles and their kief. Loved loved loved the product, store and Tanner!

Love my people here. My only complaint is I wish we had the ability to leave a tip for the exemplary service I, and many other patients, receive. I’ve been in line and heard other patients not happy that they can’t leave a tip either. Doesn’t make business sense. Please fix this, Surterra. Thanks Surterra team for taking care of us no matter what!
