Had great customer service by an associate name Anthony and he even helped me pick out the computer chair I needed and signed me up with staples rewards system and helped me load the product he was nice and pleasant to talk to he even got my mom to sign up for the rewards program I hope he gets a raise or some kind of reward for helping me and my mom with what we needed I sure am going to be shopping here for all my needs that staples can meet

Kim, who works at Staples on Palm Bay Road, is an excellent employee!! She went way beyond the call of duty to assist in scanning and faxing info on our new house and relocation. She is a five star all the way! Thanks, Kim!!

Great shipping and printing services.
Internet and copies all convenient and up to date with software. Friendly and patient customer service during package shipping, especially when helping with returns. Although a bit understaffed, all technical questions answered and assistance with individual needs explained well. Thank you for help today!

I went to this store a couple Sundays ago to get some printing done. I needed 65 copies done and a poster board. I needed advice, suggestions, pricing, etc. The young girl offered me nothing. She stood there like she didn’t know what she was doing and offered me nothing. I left frustrated and will never return. I went to Melbourne printing & graphics on Dairy Rd and they were friendly, knowledgeable and made everything so very easy!!! Please go to a professional! It is NOT more expensive. I spent $75 instead of $130 at Staples!!!

Great place to get supplies and make copies. It's a little expensive but close enough to my home so it's worth going there. The staff is extremely attentive and quick on there feet.

Print and marketing services did not follow the instructions included in my online order. I requested 24 lb paper, but got something heavier. I requested double sided printing, but got single sided. I was charged for their mistakes/oversights. The online ordering process is largely to blame here. I asked the copy center employee how to avoid having blank pages printed, and they said to include instructions. So they know to look for customer instructions, but it appears they either failed to do that or simply ignored them. Atcheckout

I had to print an important document but recently got a new phone, which was not letting me download my document due to passwords not being accepted... Annie was a great help!! She patiently helped me get download and printed the documents I needed! ***** Excellent customer service!!
