Went to see what could be done about putting my 2006 Honda Odyssey sliding drivers side door back on the track. Apparently it came off. Service guy came out and looked at it for like 5 minutes and said it would be a 4 hour to full day repair because he would have to take everything apart and reassemble. Was told it would be 770 dollars. Or more. Was like, um no. Just needed it to shut all the way, not work. Then went to a body shop I previously used and they popped it on in 1 minute. And no charge. Seriously disappointed as I have bought vehicles from this place. Just be careful when getting work done. And get a second or third opinion.

My first visit to Honda dealer for service since purchasing my Honda. Very professional and informative service. Suggested maintenance was very detailed but pricing is ridiculous. Cabin air filter is roughly $20 and took me less than 15 minutes to purchase and replace. Definitely will be using for oil changes but anything else, I’m shopping around.

My service rep, Krissi, took the time to explain everything in detail and did not seem pushy on items that needed attention. She was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend her and Southeastern Honda. Great service.

Bob was great!! He took us out on a test drive and was so easy going. He knew a lot about Hondas and cars in general. It was clear he had been doing this for a long time and was so patient with us and even helped us survive a freak thunderstorm out of nowhere! If you're looking to buy a Honda, I highly recommend Bob!!

Had a problem with the third row seat on my Honda Odyssey. The entire department staff was great and helped in every way. Kept me informed and had my car repaired and back of the road the same day.

Prompt, courteous, professional service. Although quite busy the staff managed everyone in a friendly manner; waiting room is adequate for size of facility and coffee and water are readily available (no snacks except for 2 vending machines), other Honda dealerships I have visited have "snack food" available as a courtesy.

As always, and as expected, the service at Southeastern Honda was exceptional. My service consultant, Michael Sonnie, appeared to be very knowledgeable, was efficient and treated me with respect. Having purchased multiple new cars at this dealership, I always have had an outstanding experience from all of the staff. I always recommend Southeastern Honda to family and friends. Keep up the good work.

I've been using Southeastern Honda for nearly a decade now for servicing my car. The professionalism and desire to put the customer first is outstanding. Allyson (forgive the spelling) is wonderful and intentional. One of the technicians, Justin, actually took my car in earlier than the scheduled appointment and had me out before I had to be back to work after my lunch break. The service department is intentional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for service on their Honda.

Southeastern Honda service dept. offers a great experience for their customers. They are extremely helpful and courteous. I had to leave my car all day and they transported me home and picked me up right on time. I received text updates which made it very convenient to stay in touch.

Took my car in for a quick 5 minute repair. The door handle cable had come off the passenger side and need reattached. The service guy in front who greats you wouldn't even try to see if they could fix it. Just kept saying he didn't know if they had anyone and didn't know if they had the parts. Wanted me to schedule for days in away. I simple asked, can you check? he refused sitting there on his fat butt. Kept saying he didn't know if he had anyone or if they had the parts...Refused to even ask anyone....Honda needs to do better with the people they interfacing with customers.....Refusing to help and just wanting to play with a computer is ridiculous. It would have taken less than a minute to call back and ask if someone was available to reattach a cable on a door. But you could tell the way this guy looks, he has no ambition or enthusiasm. Just wants to sit there tapping on a computer screen. not moving as much as possible. unless it's lunch time I guess.

My Honda civic had a recall for leaking A/C I was told to take to the dealership and it would be repaired free of charge, they kept the car a entire day. Said it was repaired, one week later a/c not cooling, they didn't recharge it with 1234y coolant, why replace the part and not put in the freon? They to remove it and make the necessary repairs, then charge the system again. Service department should be better,

Worst dealership experience ever, drove from Ft Lauderdale Mike the salesman told me it was ready, come in and the tires bald on a 2021 Camaro SS. Gave me the run around. Stay away from this dealer. Very bad experience. It would be a 0 star if that was a option
