Husband went in looking for a specific item and was told yes they have it. Item was scanned and and huaband was asked cash or card once he replied cash the man gave a higher price than what it was listed for. I called cs to find out if this was possible and they assured that list price is the price of the item online or in store. I then go in and he seemed bothered to work. Super lazy and giving other customers a hard time. When it was my turn he tells me he doesn't have the item and then claims to only have the huge ones that the one I'm asking for THAT HE SCANNED FOR MY HUSBAND is "SPECIAL ORDER"

Great service & very efficient! Jimmy helped me over the phone before I arrived, when I got there my order was ready. Wasn’t expecting that. I was calling to see if an item was in stock, that was not available at 2 other locations. He said he’d have it waiting for me. Literally did. Once I arrived I dealt with Clarence, and he was awesome! Thanks guys, great service. 5 stars.

Stopped by to pick up some paint and get some advise. Logan was so helpful and really listened to what I needed. He went above and beyond to help make what was a bad situation (done by someone not employed by Sherwin Williams) a much better outcome. Companies need more employees like Logan. I have been doing business in this area going on 3yrs now. I have had the most amazing Rep James who has been there for us since day one getting us anything we needed for our business. He goes above and beyond in his duties. The staff is amazing as well thank you to Clarence, Terry, Logan, Jimmy, Ivy and Ron for the great service you provide to us all on a daily basis.
