“I have stored our camper with Babcock Storage for several years. The staff is always friendly and heipful when I contact them. I chose to store our camper at this facility because it has good security, and has 24/7 acess with a gate code. I also like that this facility has a blacktop surface instead of gravel or grass. The location is close to I-95 and makes quick access to the interstate highway.”

I leave lots is reviews and am very honest about my experiences. We had just moved to the area and knew we were going to need a storage for a while. We live in our Class A diesel pusher RV full time. The last location we were based out of had a storage shed we kept a few overflow items in. Things like holiday cooking supplies, soap making kit, car cleaning supplies and other odd and ends.
When we moved here our new lot didn’t have an outdoor shed but we are allowed to have one. But looking, the price of new sheds I could utilize this Public Storage for almost a couple years.
It is close. It’s in a covered location which comes in handy when it’s raining. They treat for insects. It’s insured. They have great hours. It’s clean. The owners live onsite.
When we first tried getting the small unit online there was some issues but calling the owner she fixed us up right quick and even found us a better rate.
We are going to be here for a number of years. I think I’m just going to keep the storage just so I don’t have to move my items again then if we either decide to move I’m not stuck with a shed and having to move everything again or we end up in a house again down the road and have to move it twice.
They also did notify us they were going to be cleaning and repainting the doors. And while they said there shouldn’t be any internal overspray they did offer and we used the complimentary plastic to cover our items.
We are renting a small 5x6 unit. It’s easy access. The hours are 6am to 10pm. We use the app for remote access, it’s Bluetooth so you need to be within about 10 foot to work.
I’d recommend this location for anyone looking for a safe storage location. The owners care about their location. And it’s probably less than a mile for me. So that’s a bonus.”

“Penske is always good and cheaper than the competition. We’ve used them for several long moves. An example we moved from Southern Utah to Palm Bay, Florida with a 16’ truck and car dolly with unlimited mileage for $2500, UHaul was $5900+, PODS and moving companies were nearly as expensive at $4k +. The truck had less than 20k miles and we averaged 12 mpg, you can’t do that in aU-Haul.”

“I was originally going to put a low score because they didn't call me to let me know that the part wasn't in. So I drove there for nothing, Fortunately, the part was coming in later, so I made an appointment for the next day. In fact, he called me in earlier. I drove there and luckily I didn't leave, because the installer told me that only the wiring was there, but the hitch was not. OH Brother. This was a Friday. I guess we had a misunderstanding, because when I called on Monday to see if it came in, it had been cancelled!!! I was peaved!!! He ordered it again, however, now I had to wait another week. I spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic and gave me a discount. On Sunday, I called to see if it came in and yes it did. On Monday, I took the car in and nearly 15 minutes after I got home, I get a call, I was like, oh no what could it be. Much to my surprise, it was all done!! I was like wow that is fast!! I am very happy!!”
