I had the most incredible and professional experience with Michelle Pimentel. My hair is natural pitch black and with an orange ? base...which over the years has been a truly nightmare for hairdresser and myself .I left my hair with the natural color for almost a year because I couldn't find someone able to change the color without damaging. I saw Michelle work on Instagram and and hit the jackpot! She was able to remove my black base...remove and handle the orange ...and get me highlights without damaging my hair!
She worked with me the full day....invested all her expertise and used the best product! Happy to find her and happy with my results!

They use far too much product resulting in a weighed down feeling. $90 is far too high of a cost for a wash, blow dry and flat iron when the end result looks like something an amateur would do. I 100% do not recommend.

Nancy laid hands on me for taking a picture. She refused to give me her name and she claimed to be the supervisor, they yanked my daughters hair and messed it up and because I decided to take a picture of her she smacked my phone out of my hands and caused her hitting me. She’s lucky I didn’t call the police because my daughter was with my but I will be pressing charges. If they don’t fire this lady this place will continue to be horrible

This place is not a friendly environment to be and they have bad customer service. I had an appointment with NANCY for a wash, cut, and blow dry. Through out the process she was complaining I had long and thick hair. That is not my fault and she is a hair stylist so she should know how to deal with different types of hair. She asked me how short do I want to cut my hair and she showed me but I told her a little shorter and she flipped my hair and told me rudely to tell her how much I wanted taken off. Also, I heard her talking in their native language which I am a little knowledgeable about and I’m sure she was complaining to others about me. Overall, NANCY was very rude and does not give good customer service. I would not recommend anyone to this place.Service: Haircut
