Walked in to see if it was possible in selling a couple of old Xbox 360 games and a few PS3 games, a guy with glasses, short brownish hair and facial hair automatically shook his colossal head before I could even ask a question.. For a first impression, frankly, I aint impressed.

This pawn shop is wonderful!!! I was able to do my last min Christmas shopping and was able to get what I had in mind, the guy was super sweet and helps us out so much! To that I will so go again!

Very rude and unprofessional!!! Guy name DJ was very smart mouth on the phone when I asked him a simple questions what kind of business are they running!! They think people don’t know how they work !! Don’t go here pick another place that treat u as a customer!!!

The pawn shop is great and they work with you. Now just the opposite is true of the gun sales shop. Different people and I have only to say that I paid for 2 guns and one was denied and the second one was not denied but also never approved. I must have waited too long because I went to get my money back and I was told that I had already been given my money back. Sooo. Don’t deal with Brandon. He lied about giving me back my money.

My experience with Remedy was awesome. Tony and Keith were incredibly helpful and I was able to get more of a loan than I initially asked for. ? I highly recommend Remedy when looking for a pawn shop.

Can’t speak for anything else but tools if your looking for a deal on tools this is not the place. Used / beat up tool for almost the same price as brand new pretty disappointed and I’m a very reasonable person and for customer service the lady looked at me shrugged her shoulders if I was an employee I would of a questions1. Is there a specific tool your looking for2. Second if I made a comment about price she should of cared and said let me talk to a manager to see if I can get you the best deal on used tooledThis was my experience can’t speak for anyone else
