I had lab work drawn today by Melanie. I can’t tell you how phenomenal she is! She has personality for DAYS. She was so sweet & reassuring (my paperwork was faxed & my insurance card is digital only). She is a total sweetheart! I can be a bit of a hard stick at times (chemo side effect) but she got me with the first stick- no digging around- no pain.
As for the facility: I had an appt at 10. I got there on time & was seen within 5 mins.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Hands down the most unorganized medical facility I have ever been to. I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time before I gave up. I fasted for this blood draw. Waiting area is small and packed with angry people waiting. There’s no human to talk to only a kiosk. Do not go here.

I came for an appointment but forgot my paperwork, the person that I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She said, I have to go get my paperwork from the doctor and was receptive to me having My Dr fax the form to the facility. She said I would have to come back as a walk in because there weren’t any more appointments available. I had to go home to get the orders and I was able to make an appointment for the Same day actually 40 minutes after my original appointment. By the way, her name is Taeyana
So, I’m here now and she had the audacity to confront me about telling her co- worker about her rudeness from earlier. She assisted that she wasn’t being rude, which her behavior for confronting me in front of other customers was extremely rude. I refuse to allow her to take my blood. Her appearance and attitude was off putting.

I recently started going to this Quest location in Walmart. There’s another one equidistant from my house, but that one is a hot mess. They’re very slow, don’t have enough phlebotomists and there’s always a very long wait. Sometimes up to an hour. During one of my waits, a gentleman came in, but the iPad wasn’t properly working. I tried helping him to no avail. So when a phlebotomist finally came out to call someone else, he nicely said something to her about the iPad, but at that point, it was 10 minutes past his appointment time and the lady told him they wouldn’t see him. I, along with a few other people, told her he WAS on time, but had trouble with the iPad. She still wouldn’t see him. Very rude and unprofessional. This is the one on Malabar Road in Palm Bay, FL. The Quest inside Walmart is awesome!

1 star is actually to much. My daughter waited over an hour when she had an appointment. Then ye said he never got her email of her script as she stood right i front of him sending it. He said sorry we are now closed you will have to come back. . She explains she needed this for surgery this week snd he said sorry we ate closed . Are you kidding me

Second time my doctors have sent the orders here and they've lost them. Don't recommend using quest. Definitely not this facility at this Malabar road, Walmart location.

The visit was perfect, the Techs were excellent! Location is great, inside Walmart, plenty of parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.
The office was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.

Dirty, RUDE STAFF, almost 3rd world like. This place is truly HORRIBLE. Everything that’s wrong with healthcare is proven with this place. Don’t believe me? Just stop in and see for yourself.

Kassandra is absolutely amazing. Her lab skills are impeccable. She was absolutely great with my 10 year old. He didn't even say,"Ouch" she was that gentle. Thank you for the prompt and pleasant apt.
