If you’re ordering a sub online for pickup, I would say wait 20-30 minutes until after your scheduled pick up time and hope it’s actually ready by then. Multiple times have I gone in way after the time and still stand there waiting.

Everyone at this Publix is super nice and they always go the extra mile. We have been shopping at this Publix now for about 10 years and we enjoy all the staff.

A bit more expensive but you do get a clean store with less people, full shelves, helpful staff and check out Lanes as well as self-checkout Lanes. Lanes. Sometimes the convenience is worth a little extra money. How much money is your time worth to you?

Continuing decrease in in-store service quality, especially at the service desk, compounded with complete and utter disorganization around on line orders is quickly making Publix the store to avoid.
If it wasn't for the fried chicken and subs, I'd never shop here, but that only goes so far.

Well, it's a Publix. What's to know? Pretty much all much of a muchness.
