Worst publix ever.
If you want something from the sub line make sure you order ahead.
The ladies will stare but make no communication.
One will focus on online orders instead of working with the people physically waiting. I will never go to this Publix again, I’ll drive the 10 extra minutes to go to the other one

Fried chicken is horrible I always get it and this is the third time in a row it tasted very old. Almost came back to get my money back. Fo something about it!

Miss Maggie in the deli deserves a huge raise. Even despite her co-workers ignoring the lines growing incredibly long, and not coming to help. She still served everyone with a smile, humour and, a great attitude. That woman embodies the Publix spirit!

Manager followed me half way across the store to harass me into leaving as I was checking out with four items in my basket, because they are 15 minutes from the beach and 3 from my house and I went there without a shirt to get some aloe and kombucha for my stomach. Making a big scene and refusing to allow me to check out with the four items in my basket I walked in the hot summer sun to get.

I love my publix, it's literally my happy place. I am constantly going there. The employees are all amazing, always helpful, courteous, just a great family atmosphere.

There are two Publix stores closer to my home, but I prefer this store, as their management seems to care far more about customer service, especially when an issue arises.
Miguel, who works in the front-end customer service team, is especially helpful.

This is the problem of Mgt.... someone has got to teach your employees how to bag groceries.... not just the young kids..... but even your older staff.... I just now left your store.... and I had a bagger....who was trying to put as much as they can into one bag.... ON TOP OF BREAD...!!!... last time someone put can goods..... ON TOP OF EGGS.... COMMON SENSE PEOPLE...!!!...
