Sitting at Publix still waiting for meds. Apparently the pharmacist takes lunch from 2 to 3pm. That's exactly what the sign says, right...? No one said anything to me until I came up for the script.

What I ordered vs what I got This is my first hit and miss. I ordered a Publix Philly Whole sub. First of all Al was under the impression that a Philly sandwich was made with steak as opposed to roast beef. However, this sandwich was just meat bread and veggies. There was no provolone cheese to be found. Needless to say that when I went to eat the sandwich, it was dry, and my taste buds were not happy. Next time I will make the trek up the road and get an original Philly Cheesesteak sandwich

The prices are sooo high. I usually grab things on sale. They do a lot of buy one get one free deals. That really makes it the price is should be but... SUPER inflation. They have an app to load coupons on too.There is another app to also get curbside pick up but beware the prices are higher than the store since it is through instant cart.The staff is always super nice here.

A very clean, well stocked neighborhood market. Fresh food and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. If you even look like you can't find a certain item, before you look around there is someone there to assist you. The check out lines move very swiftly. I just wish they closed at 10 pm I instead of 9 pm. The delivery area is always packed at lunchtime. They have beautiful floral arrangements which l really appreciate. The bakery is pretty good as well. I love those days of buy one, get one free.And the best part, they are located 2 minutes from home.

My husband and Myself just got our 2nd Moderna booster vaccine, and experienced very poor customer service by the Pharmacist at Publix pharmacy by Bay Side Lakes. We used to go to the one on Malabar Rd, and will never go back to this location in Bay Side Lakes again. It seems like he did not want to be there, not polite at all. It’s a shame Publix hires employees that are not well mannered for the job.

Saw a review about the price of drugs. Prescriptions are cheaper at Publix than CVS, Walgreens, and even Walmart. OTC drugs are pricey, except when they are on sale. I usually buy vitamins on sale at Publix. Produce is fresh, but some are pricey. There used to be more sales on the frozen vegetables, not so much anymore :(. The store is clean, the workers are friendly and VERY helpful. They have recently added more organic produce to the shelves. Sometimes I am in the mood for their Yummy sushi, sometimes the fish is good, but unfortunately, sometimes the fish section smells so bad I can't walk past this area without holding my breath. The store is nice and the people are friendly. It's my go-to place late in the evening when we are all out of dairy-free ice cream.

To the pharmacist who just gave me my second COVID shot. Your a sweetheart and very professional. I walked into the store in a bad mood after a long week of taking care of other people. You knew it and you were still nice. I wouldn’t have blamed you if you weren’t. Thanks for making the rest of my afternoon a little better.

Not very friendly pharmacy staff. They just weren't interested in answering my questions or helping me. I left & went to Walgreens, where I got help & product to help me with my illness.

Giving an excellent customer service is key to retain customers. I love shopping here because it is close to home, reason why I also changed pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions there. Today, a prescription was sent but after waiting all day and not receiving a call nor a text message, I decided to call. Michelle informed me at that moment that they do not have it on stock and it was going to be available for 2 days later. I asked if they don't notify the patient about this in order to choose another pharmacy because I needed this specific prescription today. She said that is something she can't do because she has to write 75 prescriptions leaving her with no time to do that. I have to admit that I was surprised by her answer because my question was an honest one as I know some pharmacies call you to notify that they don't have the prescription at the time or when will it be available. I have no idea of the kind or load of work a pharmacy and their employee's have, but I believe that this answer was unnecessary and uncalled for. The same way I have no clue of her load of work, she has no clue that I am a hard hearing patient currently battling with a debilitating disease, with a severe ear infection moment that hasn't allowed me to sleep reason why those ear drops were necessary to pick up today. She proceeded to send it to another pharmacy. And this how Publix Bayside Lake pharmacy loses another client. For them it may mean nothing, but please now that this line of job requires kindness and compassion despite of your work load or if you are short of staff. I truly wish they read this and train their pharmacy staff.

It took 4 hours to make the label and 10 minutes to mix the drug. Which was sloped all over the out side of the bottle and on to the paper work in bag. The service was bad far below Publix standards.

I give NO STARS, but unable to post blank stars. Very sad customer service. No acknowledgement after the customer ahead of me was done. Waited about 5-7 mins and nothing. Will avoid this pharmacy when possible. A "sign" doesn't fix poor customer service either.
