I’ve tried to work with them. Honestly, they sound professional over the phone but there is absolutely no follow through. I’ve been waiting for an emailed quote for over a week. Sales guy says he will do it. Same sales guy that still hasn’t gotten back to me since September on another quote. Go someplace else.

By far the WORST company I've ever dealt with in my life. VERY unprofessional and flat out disrespectful. From their regional manager Dominic Williams all the way down to little miss Tiffany that schedules installs. Don't even bother calling corporate because they also DO NOTHING. We have a new build. Purchased windows almost a year before we needed them. They came in 6mnths later. We called to schedule an install for windows and panels. Windows were damaged and panels were not what we ordered. Let's just say we were scheduled for install in June of 2022. It is now almost the first of October and we are still fighting to get all of our items installed and or replaced. Tiffany told me she ordered a new window to replace one of the windows that was just unacceptable. I was told the window was in only to show up to my property to find a repair man out attempting to fix the damaged window. I called once again only to get ignored. I have multiple calls and txt between myself and both Tiffany and Dominic. If you are planning on purchasing a large order do yourself a favor and DON'T order from here. They have literally put us behind with our build for at least 3months.

Just relocated from California I needed to get some shrimp pieces for a new construction project Meg at it's at builder's 1st source was outstanding and giving me exactly what I need in a very warm and welcoming way. She's a very helpful and breath of fresh air for a new person moving to Florida the rest of the team included Ziggy without standing also.I will definitely be coming back before my home improvement needs.

I know they needed help - I HAVE LOTS OF experience with building in the field & out in a cramped office as well in new construction. trades and lumber/building supply chain management etc... Said she'd have her guy call me back in for a 2nd interview... Never happened. Sad they are only 2nd largest in the US, dwarfed by my former company ABC SUPPLY. I guess I wanted to much, I was not asking for alot of money, have a great day!! Good luck!

Lumber delivery, gonna be here for an hour or more, like to take their time unloading you. Small place you get unloaded in the front , pay attention when looking for the place might pass it have to do a u turn. If they where faster at unloading wouldn't be bad.
