I talked to Roy on the phone and he was very kind and didn't seem like he was in a hurry to get off the phone with me. It seems like a lot of companies don't want to talk to you on the phone anymore, that was really refreshing. I went in and Stanley Roy's father stopped what he was doing and helped me. He cut a new hose that fit the new carburetor I bought. I was having an issue with the nipples not being the same from the tank to the carburetor he found a hose that fit both and gave me a clamp. Did not even charge me. What a good man. Thanks Stanley!!
