Have been banking with PNC for over 10 years, never had any complaints. We started a new business and needed to open a business account. Patty was able to set an appointment for us day of, and we were able to get everything taken care of, cards printed, and all our questions answered. She was very nice and helpful, and she went out of our way to take a late appointment. Thank you!

“PATTY” the manager of this location is horrible with customer service! She must have something against gay people too because she always refuses to serve me and or explains why she can’t help me. Her attitude is horrible and I always have to visit another branch because of her incompetence and refusal to do her job. That branch is screwed if she’s the leader. Hopefully her team is able to pick up her slack. NO STARS PATTY

I would give 0 stars if I could.
My apartment is under new management, requiring renters to pay with a cashiers check or money order as our payment portal is down for re-evaluation. My father was a PNC Branch Manager for 15+ years and assured me this visit to the bank should take 5-10 minutes. I had all of my documents prepared (ID, debit card, etc) when I walked in.
There was a man and a woman at the teller desk, I think the man was training as the woman had to stop and show him things on the computer multiple times. When it was my turn I asked for what I needed and was handed the check in an envelope. I walked out to my car, checked the check and noticed that “Apartments” was spelled “Apratments.”
I walked in to show them the mistake and have a check re-issued and the woman told me, “You shouldn’t need a new one, they won’t even notice.” I asked her, “So you aren’t going to issue me a new check?” To which she replied, “You shouldn’t need one.”
I have never, in my life, been refused service as a result of someone else’s mistake. This was pure laziness (I guess a lot of back-work goes into issuing a cashiers check) that this staff didn’t want to do. I then drove another 15 minutes (out of my way) to the Malabar location and was re-issued a check with correct spelling.
I never go into the bank (I don’t normally need to) but let this review serve as a warning to all PNC clients. Do NOT come here if you need something, something that should’ve taken 10 minutes took over an hour with wait and drive time.

They told me 5 min , I asked if they were sure ….. they said yes. 20 min later and they didn’t seem to be in any rush to help.

We’re behind on bills thanks to y’all ATM! You guys need to fix the atm! My boyfriend deposit $800 for rent!! And it said FAIL and the money never transfer to his bank! ATM JUST KEPT THE MONEY!I went and seen the reviews and This had happened to many other people. FIX YALL ATMMMMM!!

I love the patience and kindness of the cashiers. They will help you in any way possible to make sure that you leave there satisfied with all your questions and concerns. I've never had to wait long in line they are fast and knowledgeable.

Above and beyond service. Betzy took 2 hours out of her day to sit down and help my elderly grandmother with her account. She called social security office for her and walked her through the entire process. She was patient, kind, and provided stellar customer service. Give this woman a raise!
