Was having difficulty finding any pharmacy in the area that carried my needs, even big ones like Walgreens and CVS. One phone call to the very nice pharmacist and everything was covered within 30 minutes. Recommend them to everyone and anyone!! Thank you so much!!

I find PAL Pharmacy to give exceptional service. I am in FL 5-6 months and back north the rest of the year. Ramy and Palm pharmacy sends my prescriptions north while I’m up there. Never missed a month for three years now. Highly recommend this pharmacy! Tried all the chains and never got this level of service. Thanks Ramy!!!!

Had a great experience on my first vist to Palm Care Pharmacy. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Reminded me of the Pharmacy in my hometown back in the good old days when I was young. The facility was bright, spotless, and clean. The Pharmacist, Ramy Salama is also the owner and Pharmacy manager. What a friendly, willing to help and knowledgeable gentleman. He answered all my questions and I left with one of my best experiences at a Pharmacy in long time. I will be back and you should pay Palm Care Pharmacy a visit soon. You want be disappointed.

I had called the pharmacy before because of trouble from another pharmacy. When it came time to refill .... needless to say a nightmare.I called this am and spoke with Marina.I had to take a moment and express my gratitude for the help from Marina the pharmacist. She went about and beyond her class of duty. She was endearing, kind, listened to my problem with previous pharmacy. She took control got things done, verified and filled without hesitation. Her kind gesture and wonderful customer service made me feel special in which now a days is impossible to come by. Upon entering I met Jessica, and again greeted like I mattered and made me feel at ease because of the hard time I had gotten from a competitor. They've gained my business as I had been with the other since 2019.Again many thanks for the wonderful fantastic customer service and genuine concern. You're greatly appreciated ? thanks for the great work ?.
