Let me start by saying I do not enjoy the car buying experience like probably many others. I have anxiety just going to a dealership. But my experience at Gray Yeomans Palm Bay Ford, was quick and painless thanks to Omar De Jesus and his fun and friendly personality.
From the moment I walked into the dealership, Omar made me feel right at home. His friendly and engaging personality turned what can often be a stressful process (for me) into a genuinely enjoyable one.
Omar was incredibly attentive and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What truly stood out was his commitment to ensuring I got the vehicle I needed, even though it was "in transit" and not yet on the lot. He would text me daily to update me on the status of the vehicle and when it arrived, along with a lot of other new cars that needed to be processed, he made sure my vehicle was processed and ready for me before a big driving trip I have planned.
Omar's fun attitude and professionalism made the whole experience seamless and memorable. If you're looking for a sales associate who goes above and beyond, Omar De Jesus is the person you want to see. Highly recommend!

After a few issues with Palm Bay Ford they took care of me and I am pleased with them. I dealt with Stewart in service and Scott the service director and they were very helpful . They are coming tomorrow after calling me today about a recall. They scheduled the mobile truck to come to my house and fix it. I don’t have to go to the shop and wait. Thank you Gary Yeomans.

My best car buying experience of my life! Brent watched for the vehicle I described and found it! I absolutely love my new truck! All the supporting staff were wonderful as well! Zach and Sydney were both extremely patient and knowledgeable with all the details.

Lack of knowledge lack of keeping promises not being able to set up truck and when you get a response like this “ when you figure it out let me know so I know” thats a lack of training and points to one thing only sales driven and no customer satisfaction Jasper was the salesperson

We are a Very large customer came in o. 16th backup camera issue brand new truck was there all day Fri & all day Sat get a call not fixed. Started truck Now have Lane keeping system fault service required(Was Not broken when came there) I've been trying since then to have this fixed, even saying anytime let me know I will come. Keep getting told very busy can't. Now it's the 30th. It's not for a engine swap I would like you to fix what You broke. I'm not saying should be put front of line but when your a Multi Million dollar customer & we expect Ford to keep us moving & Safe I would at least expect them to fix what they broke. Very Disappointing.

I have waited to post my review Until I had gathered my thoughts on what happened because I am seriously shocked that I’m having to post a negative review about Palm Bay Ford when I had a good experience the first time I went there. However, I went back to trade out the car, was misled to believe that I was approved for a vehicle, went so far as to transfer my tag from my previous vehicle that I was trading in to a new vehicle and send me on my way after signing. 2 days later I find out that I have to bring the car back because the bank wants more money. I asked the finance Director what does more mean? I said, I need specifics and he says, What do you have? I said, no no no I need specifics. That’s how I operate. If you can’t get me that I’m not showing my hand until I know when I’m being asked to give. When he returned, the down payment had quadrupled in 2 days. I asked if there was anything else on the lot? He said let me see if I have one cheaper available at another lot which he did confirm that he had one and said he would work on it. Then walked away and he sent the salesman, who I do not fault, to tell me that I had to leave the car they transferred my tag to and take mine until something else was arranged. I already had told the finance Director That What they did to me was bad business called so after he sent my salesman to tell me that I had to get in my car not only was it bad business, but it became dirty business. I had been speaking to the finance Director for the entire time while I was there and now suddenly he doesn’t wanna come tell me that I have to leave in my vehicle. My co signer was done the same way, he left a review and got two responses from the dealership asking him to call ASAP to let them resolve the issue however that’s been unsuccessful. No return calls have been received, and I don’t expect it to be. I don’t believe that any car dealership should put someone in a vehicle that they call conditionally approved letting them believe that they are approved and that they’ve signed on papers to purchase the vehicle and transfer their tag to that vehicle and let them leave believing they have a new vehicle. That did not happen when I was there previously, but there was also a different finance director that was phenomenal so Palm Bay Ford that’s the story of a nutshell. The details are really not needed Because nothing’s getting done anyway I have all the respect for the sales guy who did everything he could for us and was sent to do the dirty work in the end I’m just sorry that he’s as good as he is, but he’s working for someone like this.

Avoid at all cost. Just paid for a brand new 150 Lighting. They did everything they could to get me the car. Then everything they could to avoid the service after. 4 days they have had my car. No phone call. No them letting me know when my car would be done. Buy elsewhere. Will show the proof.

My recent visit to Gary Yeomans Ford was for a routine oil change. Tyler made the experience rather enjoyable. We joked about the beeping of the mini-fridge in the customer lounge which I found to be almost torchure. He was very professional and explained everything about my vehicle maintenance to my satisfaction.

I will not be coming back to the dealership after the last two days when they say you can make a deal and you show the amount of money to tell you more money i bought 2023 F150 STX a year ago and every time I put in Reverse it says reverse Brake assist unavailable I’ve been to the dealership like six times. They can’t figure out what the problem is and I brought that up yesterday. It was not a helpful factor very disappointed normally have a great experience, but after that, I won’t be coming back
