Great Job! I am very satisfied with the repair work done on my Toyota Camry. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. My job was completed earlier than i expected (even with a hurricane passing through) and my car looked even better than when it was new. I very highly recommend Palm Bay Collision Repair if you are looking for quality service and a great deal.

I would rate them 10 Stars if possible. They did a fantastic job restoring our pickup truck that was in an accident to near perfect condition.Their attention to detail was amazing. The staff was also friendly and professional and always responsive.Would definitely recommend to anyone anytime.

We are so impressed with the work done by Palm Bay Collision. Everyone was fantastic…..what a fantastic job they did on our vehicle. Mike went over everything with us both before the work was done and then when the work was completed. What a great company to deal with…I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We needed a minor repair done on our vehicle and Sean was very helpful in explaining the process and provided an estimate. After our repair was complete the President, Michael was very kind and explained the work that was done, walked around the car with us. I definitely recommend them for all collision repairs! Great service and great quality work.

Our 2020 Mazda CX-9 was rear ended while in Palm Bay. We sent it to Palm Bay Collision based on online reviews. It took almost 6 months to get repaired. Once we received the car back in Indiana, we had to take it to the Mazda dealership here in Bloomington because the rear hatch door would not latch closed and would continuously alarm. The Mazda dealership spent 3 hours uncovering sub-standard repairs for which we were charged $400 in diagnostic fees. The issue is that the rear hatch is so poorly aligned that the door twists a bit to actually latch which overloads the motor that closes the rear door. This blows the fuse and sets off the alarm.
The repairs to the car were not completed correctly at this establishment and I would not recommend them for auto body work.

Absolutely the worst place to do business with-keep away! Michael Waterman complete crook and slimy. I tried to buy a car from him that he advertised on Facebook and he kept changing the price and terms. He originally offered me a three month 3000 mile warranty and then because I was going to use a credit card, he said no warranty because it was a private sale. Run the other way if you see this guy.

I was met by the owner, he was very reassuring, that everything would be taken care, that they would take charge from start to finish, communicating with all, during the process as it was evolving. I must compliment their professionalism as well as their attention to detail, giving the customer a great experience, and the workmanship is totally outstanding. Mike , Ana and Ashley were so so professional , helpful and an amazing source of information and support through the ordeal of losing an engine on 1-95 near Palm Bay. I highly recommend. I got into an accident recently and they fixed my car as good as new!! I appreciate how communicative they were throughout the whole process and that we didn’t have to deal much with insurance. Great place and will definitely use again for any work needed done to my vehicles.
