I should have read the reviews before trying this place out. Set an appointment for interior shampoo and the works exterior wash, was told it would take 2 hours. Ended up waiting around for over 5 hours before they were finished. To make matters worse, the next day the seats had very large water stains from where they shampooed, much worse condition than before I went. I will never recommend this place, bad work, bad customer service. Extremely unhappy and out $150.

Horrible Customer service and a waste of money ! I specifically asked for the car to be hand washed exterior only and focus on the rims plus tire shine. they ran the car through the automated machine and said thats the best that they can do. they charged me for tire shine and put little to none on

Went to palmbay detail center for the 2nd time with my Silverado. Looks brand new and smells great. Excellent service and done in 20 minutes. I will go again for sure.

Today was the first time I had ever stopped here. They did an excellent job on the interior and exterior of my car. I will definitely be returning with our other vehicle.

Cleaned up my sap ridden large oversized van quick and efficiently. Also had new wipers installed. Decent priced and friendly staff ?. Will definitely be back .

They did a great job! It seems people don’t understand that you get what you pay for… you’re obviously not going to get a full detail for $30. I got a full detail inside and out for around $200 and it was beautiful!

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.!! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !!!, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY,HAVE YOU SITTING THERE FOR HOURS,& STILL DONT DO ANYTHING TO YOUR CAR. WHEN YOU ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK,THEN & ONLY THEN, THEY DECIDE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.THIS IS THE 3rd, & FINAL I WILL WASTE MY TIME ,& MONEY.THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. IF I COULD GIVETHEM A -5 ?, I WOULD.!!!!!!?????

Great job! I don't live in the area, otherwise, I would visit often, they even took the time to shuffle things around in the trunk area to clean. Would definitely come back when in the area!

Will not be back. I've been there 3 times. First time was ok, not super impressed but you get what you pay for. I didn't expect full detail quality for $27. 2nd time. I asked them if they could vacuum the trunk. I got home and went to to put a couple things back in the trunk. They didn't do it. Ok fine, it was a mistake, I don't say anything.Today I took my truck in so it was $37. Still I didn't have huge expectations. I asked the manager if they use scented sprays. He said the use Armor All. I said that was fine, cleaning products are fine. He says " they use Armor All and then at the end they spritz it with scents, do you want mango, citrus.... " I said , "No, I do not want anything that is scented it gives me a headache." He said ok.I come out and start to get in and they had sprayed a scent in it. I locate the manager and and told him what happened and he said "I wrote it on the mirror. If it were me I would have seen it and not used any." "Okay," I say, "can you train your employees to do that? Because you can't undo a scent." And then also explain the trunk issue. Instead of apologizing and offering a discount next time. He says "let me get a rag and clean you side view mirror for you". ? Which should of have been done to begin with. Along with the Armor All spray marks on the seats and the sandy foot print wiped of the seats from the kids. He said next time you come make sure they write it in the mirror. ?A bunch of excuses instead of just apologizing and offering a discount because I don't plan on going back anyway. But it would have gone a long way and this won't have been written if I had just felt he cared. Home with a headache and not happy. Show some caring and concern, take pride in your business.

Had car washed today. I will never go back. Carl up holders not vacuumed, trunk not vacuumed, all windows sealed, still has dirt on outside of car. Dashboard dusty.The staff is so unfriendly. Omg!!!Services: Auto detailing

My car was not cleaned well. There were streaks of dirt on the outside. The inside smelled like dirty rag and the windows were not cleaned well. I came to the house to air the car so the stink would dissipate and to clean my windows and windshield. They also lost my front rug after shampooing it. And I purchased the VIP. Thanks be to God I only purchased one. Never again.
