I would have rated them five stars but they should have consulted me after the inspection since I was eating outside on there picnic table. I asked for a full inspection of hoses and belts as well as an oil change. After the oil change they recommend changing out the plastic drain plug (too late for them to do it) and before my 23 hour trip.

The only issue I have is that there is no indoor place to wait for the car to get done. I will keep bringing my vehicles.

Since I found this place, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are honest and reliable, even when they are crowded, they are still very professional when you have questions about your vehicle.

If you are looking for a good service and honesty this is the place. They check the oil of my Corvette that I barely use and told that the oil looks new and a lady that was before me it happened to her too. If I take my car to the dealer they will change it without telling me anything. I’m almost sure that the dealer has scammed me with the oil change. I use this car about 2000 miles a year. GOOD SERVICE AND HONESTY IN THIS DAYS DIFFICULT TO FIND. THANKS!!!

I took my first Jeep here in summer (?) 2023, and my mechanic told me that Oil & Lube Express failed to secure the oil plug and to ensure that I tell them to secure it.
On May 7, 2024 (actually, per Google Maps it was on May 10, 2024), I took my new Jeep in, and I discovered today there were 2 (TWO) gasket seals on the oil filter. This caused an oil leak issue that might (still pending) get me fired from my job as a driver. Thankfully, I was stranded near a Valvoline service center, and they showed me via video the issue. They fixed it, and I'm HOPING I still have a job.
10 minutes might be seem like a short time for an oil change, but I will not give them any more of my business, because their negligence not only may cost me my job, but it almost destroyed my vehicle. I was informed if I had driven 10 more minutes, my $24,000 Jeep (that I'm paying on) would be a $24,000 paperweight until I could afford a new engine that would run (I've already checked) $7500 MINIMUM. I really hope the owner sees this, reaches out to me and we can come to a mutual agreement or compensation.

The guys at this location go above and beyond Tony,Alex,Logan and Wolf took such good care us my daughter had purchased a new vehicle and we took it to these amazing men to make sure the car was in good condition When I say they took care of us like family I truly mean it.I highly recommend them for oil changes and minor mechanical issues

The one thing I do want to say is when someone does provide excellent service they should be praised and the way u show your appreciation is

Good place to get your oil changed! Friendly and efficient staff. From my knowledge, it's a no appointment kind of place. You just swing by when needed! For that reason, there can be a wait. The wait is nowhere close to Walmart's atrocious wait time!
