Probably the most unethical place I've been to in a very long time. I requested a cheap phone plan with a cheap phone for a family member that is visiting us. The Customer Sales Agent mentioned that I could only do the $65 plan, I needed two phones, chargers, and cases which ended up being $324. Obviously, this was unacceptable since I've done this in the past, and I pay $138 for 5 lines with T Mobile. I ended up going online and requesting a new phone. I got my phone in 2 business days with the $40 plan and had to pay an additional $20 for the phone for a total of $60. The phone works great with no issues.Do youself a favor and go directly online. These people are scammers and only want to sell or upgrade you to unnecessary deals/features/equipment and charge 5 times more than what you need.

This is the only store I will go to! The manager is amazing and very happy every time I go in. The other staff is also very friendly. The store is always clean and I recommend everyone who has metro to use this store. Don't risk a bad experience at another one like I have.

The staff is great here. The young lady who helped us was very patient and quickly got us set up for a new device. They're not salty like some other MetroPCS I've been to. They get 4 stars for staff alone, would've gotten 5 if the company provided more phone options.

I went and purchased a T-mobile revvl yesterday for my son. Upon opening the box I noticed that the was no charging brick or cable. I called the store where I purchased it and the lady informed me that companies are not giving you the charging brick. She again insisted on me looking in the box again. After I described everything in both boxes she then tells me to bring it in and we will look through this super tiny box together. Not to mention the whole time this is going on she's all but calling me a liar. Pretty pathetic that I just spend a few hundreds of dollars in that store and have to go out of my way to pester something that should have come in the box

Best Experience I have had all year for customer support Yanal took care of everything I needed and in a fast effecient manner. Now my mom has a new phone and she couldn't be happier. Even the temp worker was a big help over the phone keep up the good work!
