Whatever you do, don’t shop with Melissa. She will sell you a lemon. Please shop else where to get a reliable car. She is also very nasty when you try to contact her about your vehicle situation. STAY AWAY!! (since i can’t reply back, im reviewing for my stepdad so you wouldn’t have a record of me. My statement still stands, your attitude is nasty and you don’t know how to talk to people. Do better ms gurl.) if i could give half a star or none at all I would.

Melissa is unprofessional in every way! She sells cars that aren’t up to par then doesn’t fix them! She is incredibly rude as well. DO NOT shop here!! Spend your money in places where people actually care about their customers and not just making money, you will NOT find that shopping with Melissa!!!

Idk how she had repeat customers when she steadily harrasses her new ones with rude calls, if there’s an issue with your car within the first 3 months of buying it she does not help as there was no warranty so you have to fix it yourself elsewhere! And since you have to do that if you’re behind on the payment she will quickly repossess your vehicle! By selling a faulty car and not fixing it, she ends up messing not only with your way of getting to work but your rent too if you’re on a tight budget

If you are looking to buy a "new to you" car I highly recommend stopping by Melissa's Palm Bay Motors. From the moment we walked in the door Melissa and Gina were friendly. They work with you to get you into the car you like at payments you can afford. There was no upselling or hidden fees involved. When it comes time to buy our next vehicle in the future we plan on coming back here.

We had to buy a new car and buy one quick as our current vehicle died and needed to be put out to pasture. We went all over Melbourne and Palm Bay stopping at every dealership looking at the used vehicles and were completely disheartened by the astronomical prices for vehicles that were in terrible shape and were not reliable not to mention the pushy sales people. THEN we got to Melissa's Palm Bay Auto and thank God we hadn't given up yet. Their cars were in great condition, and reasonably priced and everyone who works there is kind personable and not pushy at all. They were interested in helping us get what we needed and the Nissan Altima that we got was perfect. They were honest and upfront with all of our questions, didn't waste our time, and it was an experience that we felt good about during the entire process. Thank you ❤️

We have bought 2 cars from Melissa and they were brilliant deals. Melissa and her staff are wonderful and friendly. Plus honest. I will definitely go back there should I need another car.

I can't thank Melissa enough! She didn't give up when trying to get me approved seemed impossible. She pulled it off and got me the car I needed to accommodate being disabled without breaking the bank! She truly cares about her customers and everyone inthe office was super nice and accomodating! You can really tell how much they love their jobs! Y'all are amazing! After 7 years I finally have a car I can call my own and I can finally travel to see my family again! Forever greatful! ?

After dealing with used car dealerships before I was very hesitant. Then my mom and brother went through Melissa and Gina and raved about what an easy great experience they had so I followed suite and was driving a nicer more reliable vehicle within 48 hours of submitting an application. They made things easy and they have a smaller but far better inventory of vehicles than most used car dealerships do.

Melissa Palm Bay motors is the best, Melissa did everything she can so I can get the car that I want, and I love and enjoy my car. they are really nice people and know how to talk to people. And trust me they will do anything in their power to get you what you need. I don’t regret going there
