“I had lab work drawn today by Melanie. I can’t tell you how phenomenal she is! She has personality for DAYS. She was so sweet & reassuring (my paperwork was faxed & my insurance card is digital only). She is a total sweetheart! I can be a bit of a hard stick at times (chemo side effect) but she got me with the first stick- no digging around- no pain.
As for the facility: I had an appt at 10. I got there on time & was seen within 5 mins.”

“Went in for DOT physical. They had a question on a medication I take and a doctor's note concerning the med. I have to obtain the letter, fine. I am being charged additional just to return letter and finish paper work after already paying $140 for the service. Robbery, I say, and not fair.
I did go back with my note, different provider. She didn't need it, didn't know why I needed it. Was much better experience than the first.”
