Jay is amazing. We had a problem with the female cashier. She told us drop the truck off by 9:05pm we brought it by 8:59pm. She told us she won’t do anything. In front of my boyfriend, she told the customer behind him she will check him out still at 9:12pm but was denying my boyfriend help. She gave a lot of attitude. We call the next day to get ahold of the owner and she is denying us and will not let us speak to him. She needs to be fired. She was extremely rude.

We rented a U-Haul 20' Moving Van at this location. The business owner was very courteous and helpful. The van was clean and well maintained. The utiliIty dolly was a worthwhile inexpensive option. It was a great experience.
