My tow truck operator, Rob went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. My SUV had to be towed to the MB dealer in Melbourne after a tire malfunction on 528. Rob was very nice & I enjoyed our conversation. He has a lot of knowledge not only about the towing industry but also about music. Thanks again, Rob! Be well and stay safe.

Found Lee's Towing using Google and the ratings were excellent so called them when I needed an immediate tow. The woman who answered the phone was wonderful and got someone out to me within 20 minutes. Thank you Rob for great service towing my car from Palm Bay to Vero Beach. Would not hesitate to call again (though hopefully I won't need a tow again anytime soon).

Rob saved us when our tahoe broke down today. He was not like other companies where the driver does not want to talk to you. He eased my worries of getting the truck back to the shop. Thank you Rob

My experience at Lee's towing was horrible they took all belongings out of the car before our time was up to get let me talk to the owner and the owner said he did not care about the belongings in the car we told him there was kids stuff in there and so on and so forth and he said oh well tell your kids they're not getting their stuff back that was his remarks he didn't care he said get a lawyer and see if you could see me and hung up LEE'S TOWING IS VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE PEOPLE THAT THEY TOW THEIR CARS DID SOLD THE CAR TO THE GUY THAT WORKS IN THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR TO THEM BEFORE THE TIME WAS UP

I believe his name was Mike, but he was really nice and enjoyable with the bad experience of towing my car for the 3rd time this year. I have a chevy volt so he put ramps down to not scrape the front bumper. Came exactly at the time he said he would show. Very nice guy and knew what he was doing to not hurt the car and tow it safely :)

I was broken down on the side of I95 and was referred to Lee's via another towing company. The interactions were incredibly positive, from the woman I spoke to on the phone, to the tow truck driver. As a young woman, being stranded alone on the side of the highway is an unnerving situation that can be made even worse by the fear of having to get in a truck with a stranger. However, my driver Angel never made me feel uncomfortable and even shared how he had his own daughter, which helped ease my anxieties immensely. I cannot say enough about how the interactions with this towing company made a frustrating situation a bit more positive!

I just sent a message regarding how grateful I was for the service my young 23-year-old daughter received from your towing services on October 11th. I'm not sure if it got to where it was supposed to but I wanted to let you know. I really appreciate the professionalism she received with her towing to Port St. Lucie Florida. The driver was very kind to her and she felt very comfortable. As a parent, my husband and I just wanted to thank you and the driver for making her comfortable.The driver/truck # is 177-70Job # 14022.Her car broke down on 95 at Grant/ Valcaria at 4:02 p.m. and she was driven with her car to Port St. Lucie, Florida by 5:24 p.m.and we are eternally grateful Thank you again so so much..Brent and Allison Mahieu

Bunch of thives who towed my semi while I was parked in the back lot of Sunoco near Lowes . They waited for me to leave, then like a bunch of thieves they hooked on my semi, and I happened to just arrive in time to catch them in the act. I blocked them in and called Palmbay police which probably are getting kickbacks for supportive such an act .I was parked near a truckstop where trucks parking every day in the same spot. Lowes was involved as well. The management is probably getting kickbacks as well, which is just my opinion as I have no proof, so this is all alleged and my opinion.

After a stressful and draining encounter with a dealership and my car being immobile at the beach, I spoke with Kaitlyn, who was incredibly kind and thoroughly understanding, providing sweet and courteous service that resulted in prompt towing service being sent out to me.Not even 5 minutes after speaking with her, a gentleman named Angel politely called to inform me that he was already en route to my cars location; with a jovial demeanor to make light hearted conversation when I was frustrated and unhappy. He was able to make me smile and laugh and gave me genuine conversation with valuable questions to ensure he could find my vehicle and get it taken to the proper location. So glad I called Lee’s Towing. If you’re in a situation where you need a tow, you might not be having the greatest day but they made an inconvenient situation into such a breeze! The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was helpful and professional. I kind of live in the middle of nowhere, so I was expecting a crazy price tag but it was totally reasonable.
