Horrible experience. I paid him $2,500 for a new transmission and the transmission broke down within months. When I called him to see if he could look at it he said he won't touch it. Do not trust him.

Just want to say thank you, Ken and his wife was very courteous. They had my car for about week and found me a transmission when other companies said they couldn't and charge me half the price less in parts and labor. My car is running fine with a 60 day warranty.

Absolutely never using again complete scam, he's only the middleman, & just sends the work to someone else then takes the credit for having it done, I literally got a new transmission then had to go pick up my truck far out in Palm Bay instead of at his shop after my new transmission was in l, on my way home my rear differential "spider gear" broke which was a problem any transmission shop would have warned you about before the work, now I have to get a new rear axle after spending $2,300 he charged me $900 for labor, $900 for a used transmission from a scrap yard that I had to drive up to Mins to get for him, then wanted another $100 for fluids then wanted $400 to pay someone else to do the work. Then I'm told 3 different times it would be done this day, then this day.

If you want a quick 2 second answer and hung up on this is the place to to get your repair done. 3 seconds to tell you it's over his head and take it to the dealer.

I have a 1994 Pontiac Sunbird you can’t get parts anymore. He took it apart and rebuilt the whole transmission it’s running great and also he said I can take it back for a quick check up and maybe change Gaskets no charge. Because he could only get the old cork gaskets and wants to get neoprene But they are on back order. Great service

My transmission was shot in my truck so I bring it to Ken and asked for a price on a full rebuild he offers a good price so I chose to have him do the work. First red flag is he asked for a large deposit where most other transmission shops won’t. But I think about it and agree. Gets back to me 6 days later that it’s done I come for a test drive and the truck is stalling and slipping gears almost worse than when I dropped it off. He agrees it’s bad and says he’ll get right to fixing it. Over the next week and a half he calls about oh he got the wrong parts and it’s not his fault. Finally says he doesn’t know what he is doing and had to get another mechanic to look at it. Calls me up says it’s done. Shows me the parts which was only 1 pack of clutches and a planetary, no where near a full rebuild as discussed. I took it for a test drive and told him if it wasn’t acting right I’d be back and wanting a refund. It shifts funny and slams really hard into gears. When I get back to the shop he is gone and not answering my phone calls. I took the truck to a different highly reputable transmission shop and they agreed that something is really wrong. My lawyer has told me that the only way I might see that money again is to bring this case to small claims court, so that is what I’ll be doing come Monday morning. So Ken if your reading this it’ll be smarter for you just to give me the full refund before court, because it’ll end up costing you more since you’ll also be the one covering court costs. Needless to say, no I would not recommend this scam artist to anyone!

Ken was very professional.He just replaced our transmission in our F150.His price was amazing couldn't find a better price anywhere.Took our truck to him on Friday and was back to us on Wednesday.I definitely would recommend his shop the best around.Service: Transmission
