I do not understand my tax return when I had to pay $1,800 because my reported income in 2023 to Florida healthcare plans was $2,000 less than I actually had made yet. The resolve for this was I already had paid $98 per month for health insurance in 2023 and I was being charged $150 per month by the IRS for the difference and my same premium for 2024 is the total of $107 per month for accurate reporting of income. There was something in this return. I do not understand and need to have explained to me it's already been filed

Went to see the Master Tax Winston, so many errors, and was not comfortable going with him after he kept getting red errors on screen and the anxiety of him holding his head like something is wrong. He told me he will call me back after he fixed everything. He told me that I owed 10k when I really owed 14k. I am so happy that I listened to that little voice because I would be upside down with the IRS. I called my CPA got it down to 7k. Just by asking a few questions. After covid just wanted a one-on-one but since she's far I thought I try someone near.?
Today he left my husband a voice mail to come sign off paperwork and not even my name he got right. In terms of the office, it was clean, and the front desk was pleasant but I haven't done my taxes in a cubicle in 15 years, usually, they have an office. everyone listened to everything I had to share and heard everyone's business. If your taxes are not complicated and never experienced being in a office for privacy you can give them a try, but it's a no for me. I gave them 2 stars for their efforts

Deborah Dolte does not know what she is doing or is fraudulent. My boyfriend got his taxes done with her, the copy she printed out, is NOT what she sent to IRS (we called IRS). She allowed him to claim his son KNOWING his ex was in the office prior to him filing and had her claim him. Then the filing status was changed from what she printed it. Shady shady shady!!! Now we have to file ammendments. Good thing I didn't take his recommendation at the time to go to her!
