Several times they have even recommended to me lower cost items from what I thought I had needed. Although their prices, of course, are slightly higher than big box stores, the extra cost is worth the convenience and most importantly the assistance of the staff.”

“I went to home depot on Malabar rd today. Being a senior citizen I went to the return dept and asked a lady if there is an employee to push a flat cart around to load some heavy items. She said we don't do that. I grabbed a cart and asked an employee named Katherine where my 1st item would be. She very politely said let me push the cart for you and I will take you to each item. After I paid She pushed the cart out and I brought my vehicle to the door and she loaded all my items. Thank you Katherine and Home depot for having employees like her.”
