Absolutely nowhere to try on clothes anymore, the prices are sky high, this is ridiculous! Second hand stuff being sold at market value. I can go to Ross and get the same prices for brand new things and be able to try them on. Taking used stuff and selling it at these prices is disgusting! I seen a used coach bag ... From the 90s. .. 70bucks... Like seriously... Terrible shame on y'all for taking advantage of used donated things!

I just don’t understand why the prices are so high. Goodwill is supposed to be for people who are struggling in this economy. This is a shame no goodwill towards people.

I'm a BIIIIIIIG thrifter. You will always find things that you didn't know you needed and things you don't need but just simply want. I was at the Malabar Road Goodwill today and my cashier was Homer. Many people don't appreciate the ones that show up every day and continue to put a smile on their face along with great customer service. Post-Covid changed things up and alot of people in the process. I just want to acknowledge and thank Homer for GREAT customer service today!!

For a place that gets all items free .. you should be ashamed!! Take away dressing rooms, 3 day return policy and for exchange only! No more store credits! You used to employ adults with differing abilities and the stores used to pay for the ADT programs but you don't anymore! I absolutely will no longer shop here or ever donate again! Executive positions are getting rich on every single donation while the "mission" has been lost along the way!!!

I actually think this store is pretty good. Ok ok I get everything is a little craze since post pandemic but, stores are generally way better then soflo which are literally ran through and never really have/had anything notable. Plus the staff to us at least are polite and personable.

Goodwill in general is just getting ridiculous with their prices. The color of the week is green. I've been saying for a while that I believe they take most of the items with the color of the week off the shelves. WELL, Today I actually saw it for myself. One of the workers was going through the shelf taking the green sticker items off and putting others in it's place. Just sickening. I understand prices of things have gone up on things but this is just crazy. This place gets everything free! I hope the workers are being compensated well. Thought I'd be able to put the pic of her cart up but no option to do so.

First of all dirty filthy store!! I have supported them because it is a Goodwill, but no longer …laughable Management, talked to Leaha, a smug little girl who would not budge. I bought $45 worth of hangers. I was bringing back maybe seven sets that were $1.99 each. I had my receipt. I paid for them and only bought them a few days ago. I told her I donate to them all the time. I shop there a lot. Their prices are sky high through the roof with their ridiculous new policies. I am shredding my rewards card- no longer needed there. Now the hangers I thought I was going to need, I only needed half of what I bought. she would not even give me a store credit which would go right back into supporting the store. I will never shop there again or donate to that Goodwill again. Neither will my friends now. I will bring my business elsewhere and tell everyone how dirty their store is and how high their prices are. Good luck, Palmbay Goodwill on Malabar!! Leaha is a young snot nose. She didn’t care about losing customers or donations to the store either. She needs to learn how to do what’s best for the store. I am one of the people that keep your business going & pay your paycheck by donating goods to Goodwill. Your store Needs to have adult managers. Done with you Goodwill over a lousy hanger purchase. You don’t have goodwill towards me I won’t have goodwill toward you.

went to donate a dishwasher and noticed that on the drive through had a sign saying that they don’t accept appliances, very frustrating but what can ya do! Also went in to exchange some cups because I realized I bought too many but realized that their policy (that they didn’t come up with and are simply payed to tell and follow) that I can’t! I always donate here but what can ya do?! And turns out it even mentions it on the receipt so instead of having an entitled hissy fit I decided to donate them elsewhere and not cause a scene because that’s not my place!

Lea is absolutely amazing and is doing great at her job! One person freaked out on her when it was absolutely not necessary and posted a nasty review based on anger. Lea is perfectly fine doing what she’s doing and she’s doing everything the way the company wants her to. We love her.I will never stop shopping at goodwill!

Horrible management and staff. They increased prices on items in which were donated to them (free). They have taken out fitting rooms. So you can't even try on clothes before you buy. But they say go home and try it on. What about the people in the community who doesn't have a home to try it on. This good will is no longer here for the community. Do not donate here. Post online for free. That is how the community is helped. Do not shop here.
