Sales guys are very pushy. Act like they will help you. But once you say you can't do it. They try even harder. The cars they have are very over priced.

I went in here to do a test drive (on a Nissan Ultima) because I was interested in buying a vehicle. The car sails man who I was in the car with were being very unprofessional by making horrible comments about my mother in-law who I was on the phone with, calling her a child and saying how she doesn't know what she's talking about because she spoke on her opinion about the vehicle. After I tried to defend ourselves he said I was, "too young to be speaking to him." Even though he shouldn't even be speaking to my mother-in-law in the way either. He proceeded to make more comments towards me making me very uncomfortable, I ended up leaving the dealership after this horrible situation. I wish I could remember the salesman's name so the company is aware that they have such a horrible person working with them.

If I can give 0 star would… purchased a car in cash… before we drove it off I told them there was an issue with 1st gear…brought it back to their “tech” that has no clue about transmissions. Then they play guessing games as to what the issue is… finally brought the car to 2 transmissions places and both gave me a quote to replace my transmission because it would give out on me any day now… went back to the dealership, they couldn’t do a single thing for me…. Then expects for me to bring family there no thank you… I’ll take my business and referrals somewhere where they want to help you out at least, since they sold a car KNOWING it had transmission issue.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! THEY'RE RIP OFFS.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! This is actually a -0. My fiancé went into Gator in hopes to find a decent used truck that he can use strictly for towing. He found a 91 Ford F250 for $4500. He noticed the check engine light was on. The Salesman David said “not a big deal it’s just spark plug #2, our mechanic is old and couldn’t get to it”. My fiancé said that’s something he can fix and we proceeded with the purchase. After taking the truck to the shop, he received a quote for $6K
The Intake & exhaust valves are leaking needs new cylinder heads!!!
He contacted Gator and they are claiming they never said what the issue was.
The Manager Will claims he told my
Fiancé that there’s low compression. He NEVER said that. All that was said was spark plus 2. After a long argument with David not taking ownership for lying he proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t have time for this.
I spoke Will and asked if he can give us back at least $3500. He advised he will see the owner in the morning (4/3) and get back to me which he did. He advised me that the owner Joe Kelly (if that’s who it was) said he won’t assist and that we were having buyers remorse. NOT THE CASE AT ALL!!! He said he will buy the vehicle back for only $1500.
They flat out LIED about what was wrong. Be honest and let the customer decide to proceed or not rather than lie the way they did then try to act like we did something wrong.
We trusted David especially because he claimed to be a veteran. He’s a disgrace is what he is. Now we are out $6100. Thank you Gator of Palm Bay! You guys 100% SUCK!!

Bought a 19 ram 1500 from them. Stated there was a tuner and that was why check engine light was on. Shortly have it had a misfire then 2 weeks later it got worse. Read the codes and there was 24 codes related to evap, MDS, fuel air ratio and misfire. Do not deal with these people. They told me there's nothing they will do to fix it.

We didn't have a very good experience with Rick. My son asked him if the dealer fees were 995 and he sarcastically replied with how else is Mr Gator going from a 50 to a 100 foot yacht. My son asked because this was a used lot and he didn't know if it was the same for new and used lots. Then when he was test driving a manual, my son just wanted to drive it in the parking lot because Palm Bay Rd was already a nightmare and he was not familiar with that stick. Rick said to him" You're scaring me"! He was just rude. We will not be buying a car from Gator. I did not appreciate being treated that way. When we came back the next day with my husband, he was less rude! We will be taking our business elsewhere, not that I expect them to care about one review.

Good place they have good cars at a reasonable price. I wish I would have knowledge that the radio didn't work. They won't negotiate much but their prices are good. There is a dealer fee 900

They have a good selection of trucks. But, their knowledge of them is not the greatest. They also didn't accept many forms of payment, which seemed odd. They implied that: " their clientele was not the best". That implied that I was sketchy, so I needed to pay with cash or certified check! A little demeaning. Upon opening the doors of a vehicle to look inside, it was clearly not clean, nor did it smell clean. Weird. Even though we buy a USED vehicle, it's new to us! Buyers like a clean vehicle.
