I ordered a Walbro fuel pump on 10/24/22 and installed it in my car. I noticed it was going bad shortly after Christmas. When I called the office, the first question the man asked me was "Did you turn off the PWM on the Fitech unit?" I told him that I didn't know what he was talking about. He told me that Walbro fuel pumps will not stand the Pulse Width Modulation, so since I admitted that I hadn't turned it off, it was no longer under warranty. He said that I could send the unit back for testing that would cost me $40 and is non refundable. He stated the unit probably went bad because it cannot handle the PWM. He then got indignant and hung up on me.I have checked online and even called Fitech to see if they have had problems with the Walbro fuel pump not tolerating the PWM. They told me there is not a problem with that.Several other people have said it seems like he just didn't want to warranty the fuel pump, which failed after less than two months. After that and then being rude to me, I would never recommend this company for buying anything.

They do not stand behind what they sale. Purchased a fuel pump in March. Failed in August. They offered for me to send the pump in for inspection and pay $40 for the inspection. Buy from Summit Racing or Jegs.

Been dealing with Chris for two years now. worked with me at night, and weekends with my sniper install. Moving forward, I upgraded to a LS 6.2 over the winter, he assisted and pointed pro's and cons of various systems. Finalized the deal with the purchase of the Holley dominator. I steer everyone on my fb page to him. Great customer service!!!!
