I called the pharmacy at 2 pm today on my way back from my doctors appointment asking them to expedite my refill so I could pick it up on my way home. I left a message. I gave them an hour to refill it. I told them I’m having a COPD exacerbation and didn’t want to go home and come back bc I’m short of breath.
Male pharmacist called back and said “wait until you see the text “. I told him about my health condition. He didn’t seem to care. I went into the pharmacy without going home thinking how long could this take and waited almost 2 hours before I got up to find out about an update timeline.
The female pharmacist Beverly said they were short staffed but she would let male pharmacist know I was waiting. She said he placed the order to be ready at 5 p!
Now, I know I needed to wait but people there were people dropping off prescriptions and picked them up while I was sitting there. I got a sense I was being penalized. I didn’t appreciate that.
On a positive note Beverly researched and found an excellent price for one of my inhalers. It is a game changer. The male pharmacist? Needs to be more compassionate.

They don't take Hispanic or Latinos seriously I been through the worst experience I ever been I would 7/23/24 Doctor send my prescription I was told the 7/24/24 I'd going to be ready I went to work I took my lunch to go get my medication when I got there the lady told me my insurance doesn't cover, in the morning I was given attitude my the person in the phone saying already told you is be ready in 2 hours, when I got there first they said my insurance doesn't cover second or we have to order ,I couldn't get back to work because I don't have my medication I give then my insurance they didn't update I couldn't go to work another day now 7/25/24 I get to pharmacy and they ask me if I got insurance..........

This is the 3rd time I've been contacted by a media survey site asking about my visit to a CVS store in Florida. Big problem because I haven't been to a CVS for over 2 yrs and haven't been to Florida in 2 1/2 yrs. Hope they figure it out real soon!

Great variety of products of high quality. Customer Service Leader Jessica , Pharmacist Lee, and Store Associates Nigel and Tracey always go the extra mile for the customer. They are professional, knowledgeable and gracious. I am a senior and fine these qualities a rarity to find today. Much gratitude.

The store is always clean and stocked. The people working the front are awesome. Now the Pharmacy is terrible!!! Especially when this one pharmacist is working. Her name is Beverly. She is the slowest, rudest one there. So try to avoid going there when she is working. Now let's talk about the parking!!! It's a huge issue getting in and out of the parking lot!!! They really need to make it in one way and it out other!

I have had many issues at this facility, including poor customer service. I’ve decided to not deal with this place anymore. I will transfer my pharmacy prescriptions and shop elsewhere. Perhaps another Cvs or Walgreens.

Very poorly trained staff. I had an urgent question about a drug interaction and our doctor was not available. They kept me on hold for 40 mins. When the pharmacist picked up the phone, they gave me a very generic "well, I think...." answer. I asked for a moment while I checked the Rx bottle and was hung up on without getting an answer to my question.
