This pharmacy is trash, and I don't know how they are still open. The people who work here are very rude. They ignore you in the drive thru even when they see you sitting there. They get upset with you if you arrive within an hour of closing, and they will tell you to come back tomorrow for your meds. Looks like they don't want to work, walk, or anything, yet they are being paid. Not sure why they even show up for work!

This is a terrible pharmacy. No one should get there meds here. Specifically, the pharmacist Patrick picks up the phone - you provide him the info he needs for the transfer. The whole time he is taking your infobvhe repeats times in a rude tone that the process will take 3 days. I proceeded to tell him the medication is significantly cheaper at CVS than other ( med is inhaler for my cat/ retail price over $300. Could get it at cvs using good rx for $160). He did not care. I gave pharmacy 4 days until I check status on it. When I call on fourth day nobody can find “ the profile”. Patrick did not process it. Due to his negligence I did not get inhaler until the next Monday. My cat missed 2 doses due to his ineptitude and I guess the fact the guy must hate his life and take it out on everyone else.I am not sure how he has not been fired. I will never be using this pharmacy again.

I hate this CVS they mess up my prescriptions or have some issue, and the lines are long every time I come here. They’re all always inconsistent with what they’re telling me and it seems like no one behind the counter is competent enough to do their job.

It's 1:27pm and the pharmacy shuts the door in my face and says come back at 2pm. They don't open till 2:01pm. Rude ass people.

Apparently, Pharmacist Patrick does not accept verbal prescriptions over the phone or through the automated voicemail despite CVS offering those options. The CVS pharmacy employees do not communicate with the health care provider to even tell them that they aren't filling the medication that was called in. The prescription ended up being called in to Walmart instead.

Absolutely rude! Have been trying to transfer a prescription for days. Left a callback number and message, no response. Tried again two days later and one of the rudest people had no interest in my prescription nor me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but I quickly realized I did not want to deal with this pharmacy. If I were the manager of this location I would be embarrassed. If I were the area manager I would be appalled. If I were CVS Corp. I would fire the area manager and store manager!

The CVS at Palm Bay Road continue to show they are not interested in providing anything but poor customer service. On my recent visit, their computers did not honor the advertised deal . In addition the employee up front was rude and was more interested in pricing products that helping solve this customer’s issue. I would not recommend using this location if it can be avoided.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. The pharmacist should take an intrapersonal class and learn how to communicate with the public.

RUDE! I am retiree and former Air Force servicemember living in Palm Bay, Florida. On 10/7/2024 at 3:45 p.m., I went into the CVS Pharmacy after a dentist appointment to fill two pain and antibiotic prescriptions. (Store ID: #3294 at 1599 PALM BAY RD NE, PALM BAY, FL 32905) I have been going to this CVS for the last 10 years and they were always very nice and helpful to us older folks.
However, on this visit I was greeted by a pharmacist (see photos attached of this character) named PATRICK (he wouldn't give me his employee number) who must have been having a bad day, and he took it out on me. The issue: for years, CVS took over the phone prescriptions from doctors. But not anymore! When I asked why, Patrick the pharmacist told me "HE" no longer takes phone calls prescriptions because he said he is "too busy."
I asked if this was a new CVS policy, Patrick said "No, it's my rule" and then he grew irate with me and said "get out of here" to me and then told the clerk at the register to PUT MY PRESCRIPTIONS BACK ON THE SHELF! I asked why he was doing that and he said, "I'm the pharmacist, I can do anything I want!" I have never been treated so rudely at CVS (or anywhere else for that matter). I had to leave without my medicine.
He embarrassed me in front of other employees and customers, even though I apologized several times. I am still not sure why he got mad at me and FLAGGED ME from the store! I was not angry or unpleasant and did not say anything worthy of this treatment.
I asked to see the manager for assistance but she didn't care about me or the pain I was in, or my prescriptions. She said, "He's the pharmacist, I don't have any control over him." I asked her to talk to Patrick for me and tell him again I was sorry for whatever I said that angered him, and she did, but he told her "I don't accept the apology." I couldn't believe my ears!
This type of rude behavior is unacceptable and I will NEVER go to a CVS again, especially the one on Palm Bay Road in Palm Bay.
P.S. I got my prescriptions filled at Walgreens with only a 15 minute wait!!
P.S.S. The CVS manager gave me an 800 number to call....at the time of this writing, I'm still on hold after going through a labyrinth of redirects.

As a health care provider is it a terrible feeling to know your patients are not getting what they need because the pharmacy will not accept voicemail or verbal orders even though it offers providers those two options only. When I spoke with pharmacy they disregarded my verbal order, my concern and hung up on me, a pharmacist should not be that unprofessional. I advised my patient to change pharmacy to Walgreens down the street where the pharmacy kindly took a verbal order for a new patient. It’s unfortunate to think many patients are waiting for prescriptions that prescribers called in and left voicemails assuming that was standard practice.
