My insurance is compatible with CVS and they would not fill my medications plus violeted the hippa act asking why am I taking this medication for! It's for my MS and I have to pay outta pocket for my medications.

Pharmacist was extremely rude, asking me if I wanted to complain? No, I have tried all day, to get my RX Profile sent to walgreens for meds that I am out of. Pharmacist said, she was stressed and she had dealt with 4,000 rx's all day. ???? The consult girl was extremely rude too, she would hardly look at me and said she would fax my profile..... Walgreens said they NEVER received anything from CVS. This pharmacist and the consult window girl need to stop being so disrespectful and rude. you have lost my family as a customer because of these ywo people.

Monique in pharmacy kept telling me I could get my sons antibiotics filled elsewhere but not one person of color did she say that to. I was the only white personal there and she kept emphasizing I could go to Walgreens , I asked politely if I could please get my sons medication there I was definitely racially profiled by her. Shameful

I received a call when my prescription was ready. Picking up my prescription was easy. CVS is in my network so it was also cheap. I do really hate the extremely long receipts!
