I called there to see if my rx was ready. 1st off, a guy answered the phone, playing the football game very loud. He kept asking me to repeat myself. I said, "If you turn that game down, you'll be able to hear what I'm saying." He hung on me! Very rude!

Should have read the reviews. Walked in to pick up my prescription after a week of waiting, still not ready. Literally told they will get to it when they get to it. It was like talking to a big, brick wall. No compassion, understanding, accountability, urgency. The worst. Believe the reviews and do not bother going here.

This location is severely UNDERSTAFFED for their demand. That means customers in need of prescription medications assistance, like you and I, are severely challenged in receiving said medications and or answers to serious questions. Prepare yourself to go into the actual store to get questions answered or assistance. Calling is not an option. Forget that. You can never get anyone from the pharmacy staff on the phone - ever. I literally called 4 different days this past week, 6-8 times each day, from 10:30am to 8pm. With each call, I was placed on automated hold for 6-15 minutes, and hung up - no one answered. Finally, on the fifth day, I was forced to go in and speak with somebody in person as I was completely out of my prescription, and the filling issue/release was not resolved. My first trip to the store, the line was eight people long, and not moving. I could see the one poor technician working away like a slave, the same with the pharmacist, and the one individual working the drive-through (which was wrapped around the building). Meanwhile, the intercom kept announcing that there were calls coming in - repeatedly. No one could answer them. Now I understood. I left and went back that night at 8:45. Finally… Success! I could get the issue resolved, and finally get my prescription. While there, I could hear the same situation with the phone intercom - “you have one pharmacy call…you have 2 pharmacy calls…” CVS corporate : allow this store to hire more pharmacy staff. You’re killing them and causing major stress on folks in need of help with a prescription. On a positive note, the store is very clean and the staff there are friendly. Also, there were one pharmacy tech, and one pharmacist that were friendly. When you do get someone on the phone in the pharmacy, expect an attitude though. The horrendous phone communication issue in the pharmacy seriously needs to be addressed as soon as possible, and the staff need to be nicer when the do actually answer.

My doctors office have to repeatedly resend my medication to this pharmacy. When I tell the simple pharmacy techs my medication has been sent they dismiss me and tell me they don't want to do anything to help me. The little old lady at the front referred to me as "that". And then some tall spiky haired blonde man told me to pick it up when it's ready knowing I have an allotted time to get my medication. And I will be out of town this weekend. The medication should have been ready by now so I wouldn't have to worry with my vacation interfering. They gave me so much attitude. I hear terrible things about the staff all the time and now I understand. They did not address the issue that they had a medication sent to them and they didn't receive. They basically don't want to handle anything other than the opportunity to be bitches. I will be asking for their professional license numbers because this seems like negligence and no concern was actually addressed.

They advertise that the drive through is open until 10pm. That is not true, at least on the 10th of February 2023 they were not, but it gets better. I was waiting in line to pick up my medicine, there were 2 cars in front of me, but I waited, I wasn't worried because they are open until 10:00 pm. I finally get up to the window and the attendant said that the drive thru was closed. I said hey I had waited and by the way I am disabled. He said just go park and come into the store, I then asked to speak to the manager, and that is when they put up an piece of cardboard and refused to talk to me. It was 5:02 pm when I had arrived at the window, it was 5:06 when they put up a fictitious sign. Since I was getting no where, and I wasn't going to get my walker out of the car and walk to the back of the store and wait in line again, I called there corporate number and lodged a complaint. I also provided some positive feedback by telling them that when they send out a text message to inform patients that there medicine is ready, they should also state the current hours of operation.UPDATE: Today I went earlier, guess what?? 2:39 in the afternoon and the drive thru window is closed... Here is todays photo.

The service at this pharmacy has been deficient at best. I do not blame the pharmacist or the pharmacy team, but management for not providing more resources when necessary. This is not due to COVID. Service has been bad for years before COVID. It has gotten much worse lately for sure. I really hope management is able to improve customer service. In the meantime I will be shopping somewhere else.

Pharmacist and self proclaimed owner Eric is very unprofessional, hostile, arrogant and very derogatory. He completely disregards all HIPPA rules and regulations when screaming across counters asking about one's medical history and Rx. He doesn't give any regard that EVERYONE waiting can hear EVERYTHING that goes on while reprimanding or talking about a patient. I took my Rx to Walgreens and had no issues, no wait and a NORMAL pleasant experience. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and avoid this pharmacy!

I have spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a straight answer from CVS. First couple of calls kept getting sent to the Covid hotline. My question has nothing to do with Covid. Finally get my local branch on the phone. I am the person to answer the phone some guy, didn't say his name. He was absolutely useless. He was very unhelpful. I'm just trying to find out which location nearby does the TV test. I still don't have an answer. Sad considering I've been a CVS customer for decades.

On Saturday 3/13, Natasha was very patient and friendly. She helped me with my insurance for three of my prescriptions. One had to be transferred and the nice pharmacist (I wish I got her name) filled it before Natasha was done helping me. Thank you both, I appreciate you. ?
