Have been waiting since August to have golf cart picked up for repair. I call weekly and keep getting excuses!Craig put new motor in 2021, so I cannot go to another shop! When they finally pick up cart I wonder how long it will take to fix!

I will share my experience so hopefully it won’t be yours.\nNelson ***** and his Wife Melonie (owners and operator of Craig’s carts) picked up my golf cart in Indialantic the last week of June. After a few days, I called and talked to Melonie, and she said she thought it was almost done. She said she would call me back. She never did. This happened every day or every other day for almost 1 month! Finally, I had a couple of guy friends go to Craig’s Carts to pick up my golf cart and return it to me. My friends informed me that the only work completed by Craig’s carts was my original Curtis Controller was gone!\nThey took my golf cart to a repair place in Melbourne on the same day.\nThe owner at this place said it takes about 4.5 hours to do the work that is needed.\nI now must take Nelson and Melonie to court to cover the cost of a replacement controller.

The owner, Craig, and his wife are wonderful to work with. They are super nice people and fixed our cart very quickly and for a great price. We are very happy with the service and will absolutely use them in the future.

Craig's cart a is owned by Craig and melanie. They are wonderful people. They fixed my cart, at a very reasonable cost. I have an old gotlf cart, and he knows I want to drive it places, when he returned the cart, he put me at ease, by telling me that my cart is in very good condition and the batteries are nice and charged. They seem like friends. I had it bought in for a new tire

Love this company!! the people are so nice melonie, spelled way wrong, who answers the phone and Craig who does the service. He came to my home, and not only helped me with my golf cart, but educated me on care of cart, batteries, and charger. Awesome company
